This store is conveniently located near my gym. It’s not my favorite store in the st.louis area but they do a fantastic job. I saw my favorite employees there today and they have fantastic service. Alex and chrissy are great employees. The

The service is good but the smoothies I typically order never come out quite right or taste the same every time. Being a Healthy Rewards member also, my discounts weren’t applied at the time of checkout. I definitely appreciate the foam cups though!

It is no longer a clean place and the employees could care less about their job. When I came to get something at Panera Bread which is across the road they were out there screaming and yelling in the back of the store. It’s just horrible now where it used to be a really good store to go to not anymore!

Last week I ordered a smoothie on the app only to come in and be told they cannot make it because they were out of bananas. They could not cancel the order or give me a refund so I walked out with no smoothie and out of $8.
This store is very inconsistent with service and flavor. I will be using other franchise locations moving forward.
