1st time trying and unfortunately will not be back.
Love the brick oven idea; however, the pizza has a salty taste to it and the pepperoni has a weird taste. Overall 8/10
Wings are frozen or just have an awful taste/texture due to the breading. They’re also not fried (oven baked) and become soggy. I ordered buffalo wings and had to get extra sauce due to lack of visible sauce on the wings. Overall 2/10
If you’re looking for truly authentic pizza made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, this is the place to go! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and attentive service that makes you feel right at home.
The crust is perfectly crisp yet chewy, the sauce tastes like it was made from vine-ripened tomatoes that morning, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. You can really taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite.
Whether you’re a fan of classic Margherita or something more adventurous, their menu has something for everyone. And the staff? Absolutely top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
Highly recommend for pizza lovers who appreciate authenticity and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I have been to Italy several times, and I have to say there is nothing closer to having a pizza in Italy than Aria’s. Period.
From the Caputo flour, brick oven, fresh toppings, marinara (that has actual small chunks of tomato) , you will be hard pressed to find a a better pizza.
Highlights:
Old world pepperoni – no brainier
The Crust – crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside
Pizzas sauce – perfect. Not sweet, not acidy
One other thing that we noticed that Aria’s goes the extra mile: there is a piece of thick craft paper between the pizza and the cardboard box. This soaks up a majority of the grease (barely any really, but probably depends on the pizza), so you can throw the greasy paper in the regular trash and recycle the box. (greasy pizza boxes can’t be recycled)
While Aria’s is still new, as with any new business there are hiccups. That being said, what sets Aria’s apart from all others is that they admit the mistake, learn from it, and make things right. We had a hiccup when we ordered from door dash, but they completely made it right, above and beyond, true to their word.
We will definitely be back, as this is my personal favorite style of pizza, and easily worth the 20 min one-way drive to get a genuine slice of Italy.
Thank you for opening your business close to us so we can enjoy your cuisine!!
If they could take the taste of bellacino’s pizza and the method on how Detroit Brew works uses their brick oven. Hands down, they would be the GOAT.
