Great tasting subs! Fresh bread and fresh deli meats cut perfectly everytime to put on your sandwich. My fav is the Jersey Shore Sub. And they add a dash of red wine vinegar. Its like icing on a cake! Very tasty.

Always love Jersey Mike’s subs, they remind me of home! This specific location was great, the service was very friendly and the sandwich tasted wonderful. I absolutely loved how they listened to some younger customers of theirs, and replaced the plastic straws with paper ones to save the environment and the animals! I like supporting an establishment that cares about a problem such as plastic straw littering. Keep it up JM’s, we’ll definitely be back soon!

Ordered online, stood there for 30 minutes waiting for my sub told 2 out of the 4 people working which one was my order. Order was never made, they’re just standing there talking to each other. Finally snapped and asked where is my order lady tells me she ran out of bread. Standing there for 30 minutes no one acknowledges me and couldn’t have mentioned it while I was there. FOUR people in the store, only one guy makes subs? And he makes one at a time? Everyone else got theirs but for mine they run out of bread?! You’re a sandwich shop, bread is kind of important I would think. Absolutely joke, four people not a single one with any customer service experience.

I have ordered from this store many times through DoorDash and they always get my order completely wrong. Today I ordered two BLT (#1) and they gave me an Italian sub and Turkey sub. That is completely different. Do they even look at the orders or make them as they come? They clearly don’t care what people order.
Side note: I also always order one cookie with my order and they always give me two bags of chips, I think that’s more so being lazy.

They are always wonderful, with fast friendly service. They make them exactly the way I want and pack thwm! You get your money’s worth and they are absolutely scrumptious! And I get them MY way.. not Mike’s way.. haha

Jersey Mike’s doesn’t pretend to be a fine dining experience and doesn’t need to be. It’s a solid, great little sub shop staffed by young people who live in the area. This is my regular treat after a strenuous exercise class and the kids grin, shoot the breeze while working, and give me a scrumptious sub at a reasonable price. Totally worth it. My only complaint is that they don’t have an eggplant Parm sub. Otherwise, perfect for a tasty lunch or dinner after a day at the beach or an evening working out. And I like seeing my neighbors behind the count!

Several people and friends of mine have raved about the sandwiches and food at Jersey Mike’s Subs. I stopped in there today 2/21/24 for lunch, and ordered a delicious BLT!! It was totally great !Freshly made, I can only say that it “hit the spot”!! The one thing that impressed me is that happy and upbeat workers were all so very pleasant & welcoming!!! That factor impresses me & others! I intended to do takeout, but decided to stay in the facility to have my lunch. Recommended by me for a small place with good food and wonderful staff.Give it a try!

Quick Update: I’ve seen some of the old crew, so some of my faith has been restored! The staff are usually on their game and today was no exception, but they definitely need a fourth person during the lunch rush.

Update: New owners took over this location since my original review:
I haven’t seen any of the crew I used to see, the cost of the sandwiches went up a bit and the portion sizes went down a bit. I’m now paying about a dollar more for a smaller sandwich that’s loaded with lettuce and barely any meat.
For a Regular size Roast Beef & Provolone sub I counted 5 slices of roast beef and two slices of provolone, then two cupped handfuls of lettuce pressed down onto the sandwich, which is disappointing. My only suggestion at this time would be to increase the amount of meat if the sandwich only calls for one type of meat…I doubt the Italian sub gets 5 slices of meat total.
I can’t say the changes have left a good impression, especially after getting to know the whole crew that used to work here…they were half the reason I frequented this location. That being said the new crew is alright, I’ve only met a couple of them and they’re nice, but it definitely feels like this location took one step forward and two steps back overall.
I still go in every once in a while, but unfortunately it’s no longer a go-to spot for me.

I work in Vinnin Square and Jersey Mike’s has become my go-to lunch spot! One factor is obviously convenience, but I keep going back because the team that’s working there always has a good energy and attitude, and the sandwiches are solid – one regular size sub will cover my lunch and part of dinner, so unless I’m really hungry I definitely feel like I get my money’s worth.
Is it the best sub in the entire world, hands down? Who’s to say, I don’t know. All I know is that for me, this location is solid – good people, good food, fair price.

I always go here and every time I go – it’s ALWAYS on point. I went again today with my husband and my son, and the manager is so friendly and sweet. Everyone that works there are so kind and friendly. 100% recommend jersey Mike’s.
