Ordered 4 pizzas today and probably best pizzas I’ve had in a long time, they were perfect. My complaint and only reason I gave it a 2* was because they are outsourcing their calls. I called to place my order, spoke to an Indian accent gentleman, had to repeat myself multiple times and he kept interrupting me because he wasn’t understanding my English finally had my order in and asked if I wanted to pay over the phone or in store , now as we all know too many scams going around and the persons accept wasn’t helping either, so I said I’ll be paying in-store. Upon receiving my pizza one was missing tomatoes that I asked for. I just wish they would let the employees answer the phone calls since they are the once making the pizza and know what us Americans want

First time trying Hungry Howie and will definitely the last also. Got the no dough pizza and i’m not sure if it’s pizza or soup and also got the stuffed crust pizza and was a total disappointment it was wet and soggy and the crust was really salty (italian and butter cheese crust). No wonder it got a lower ratings. Never again.

Customer service has become nonexistent! The app is constantly down and you can’t get the app price of your order when it’s down? Seriously? Just got off the phone with someone who you could not understand because she doesn’t speak English. Hungry Howie’s what are you doing? Not going to support this business ever again! This is not the first time I’ve negative experience. At this point I’m just done! Stay away from these chains. They don’t care about their customers at all! I rather pay double at a local pizza place than deal with your business!!!!!

This is my family’s favorite pizza establishment around here for a few years now. The manager Anthony is really great and you can tell a difference in the food when he is and isn’t there. And if something’s wrong with it he will fix it right away and make it right. I highly recommend! And highly recommend Anthony too!

I ordered a small pizza with black olives and ham for 6.99. It was better than a Hot n Ready. It was hot and I was ready to eat it! They made it exactly how I wanted it even though it was close to closing time. Customer service was good too.

I’m a regular for Hungry Howies about 2 times a month. I’m usualy trying to save money so I often get the $5 small 2 topping deal delivered. This place kills it every time!!! If you want good prices and good pizza, this is the place I go to all the time. Always delivered on time, fresh taste, still warm/hot when delivered. The sriracha sauce they can add on is amazing!!! Maybe 1/20 of the time the order is wrong but that’s okay with me. I also appreciate the drivers coming out late at night during the cold to deliver my pizza. I always make sure to tip these guys as they deserve it for the quality pizza and service they put out. Use the app to order, makes it a lot easier!!

Ordered delivery, Everytime I order they ignore delivery instructions and leave at the wrong place. Even though there is clear instructions. This time was the worst though. I did not hear the vehicle this time. Not only is it cold but they smashed the pizza into the box. I will not bother with you guys again unless you get some drivers that can read. Also as usual NO RECIEPT!
