Ordered a grande oat milk latte this morning with 200 stars, only to get to my car and realize my cup was only 3/4 filled. I t’s not like it was full of foam or whip cream or anything. Ridiculous. Your job is coffee. You can at least fill the cup.

I go to Starbucks ALL the time. This one had a great feel inside & out. Many cups to choose from and a nice outside area. This time of year there were many beautiful hanging baskets. Seating outside as well.

Overpriced. Lady that took our order was very nice. Lady making drinks was clearly stressed out and annoyed. It wasn’t even that busy. I felt like an inconvenience to her just for ordering drinks. She was very unfriendly for what I Starbucks standards strive to be. Drinks are consistently good, but I think I’m going to go somewhere else next time.

Come here every year November/December, usually walk from viresort and place our mobile orders for pickup. Starbucks is as consistent as it gets. Wife is particular about her food and coffee as am I. Plenty of seating, parking outback as well.

The cashier with blonde hair was so rude. She did not greet me, and instead glared at me and said “what do you want”. My little cousin, mind you who is 8, was being nice and said he wanted a tall sized cup because it was kid sized, and the cashier literally rolled her eyes and said “yeah”. What made me more upset was her proceeding to ask for a tip. How are you going to be mean, make my cousin and I uncomfortable, and then ask for a tip? Rubbed me off the wrong way to say the least.

This location is my “go to”. They always get my magical incantation of a drink right. Staff is friendly an upbeat. Its like seeing friends when you go in. They’re patient & professional even when dealing with “problem customers” who left manners at the door. Highly recommend this location.

This looks and feels like a corporate Starbucks, but does not have normal Starbucks wifi and does not give digital rewards. They do have Sunriver wifi, which might have worked, but I did not try it. I was on a Starbucks promotion that counted on getting a certain drink and that did not register, so I looked it up and found such details do not get sent to Starbucks. Oh well, my bad. Anyway the people were nice, the drinks good and the seating was comfortable.

I work in Portland, across the street from a Starbucks and this is absolutely unacceptable. I ALWAYS order no ice in my coffee have never received a half empty cup from any other location and I travel alot. Additionally since it’s Friday in May, my drink should have been half off. Apparently they gave me half a drink instead…

Wow the customer service here is above the bar. I wish every coffee shop I went to had the quality of folks that this Starbucks has. Truly a wonderful team. They really nailed my shaken brown sugar espresso with oat milk that was iced.

The service wait was extremely long but the employees were very helpful and were going as fast as they could. The staff definitely seemed like they wanted to be there. But very cramped there was at least 60 people in the building, it’s a very popular spot.
