Since the new owners took over this Pizza Hut, they have done an amazing job! Really good pizza and although I know it’s just Pizza Hut they really take it back to the day when you used to get a personal pan pizza for reading a book. That whole magical spirit.

Just picked up a large hand tossed pizza that was supposed to be hand tossed crust. Not sure what happened at this location but the food has been poor quality. I arrived in 15 minutes when they said it would be done and my name was on the screen for not ready for another 10 minutes. I waited then when my name came up the person behind the counter pulled a pizza out that was sitting in a warming bag!!! It definitely wasn’t a hand tossed crust, more like super thin, soggy, not done inside and even the cheese was hardly melted. Very disappointed.

Placed delivery order at 618 pm and it took 3 hours to be delivered. I had to make 3 phone calls. No satisfactory apology or even offered to discount services. Won’t go to pizza hut no more.

Ordered 7 pizzas online for a birthday party called to make sure they had my order but couldn’t find the whole order then bounced around talking to different that spoke as much English as a 3 year old child then when I told them to cancel they continued to call me after telling them multiple times to forget it because it wouldn’t of been right anyway do not recommend!! Would give 0 starts if i could!

I am sad that my dad had to wait over 30 minutes after he got to the store just get his pizza. There was a line out the door for a good 10 minutes. Not even to mention we called the store multiple times and kept getting transferred to stores in Ohio as they never answered the phones. Idk what’s wrong with the staff but hopefully this is something that can be fixed. In all seriousness this was a concerning visit

Well, they assure me that I didn’t get sick from their pizza but I was fine before I ate it and after a rather awful experience which I will not go into detail about, I then felt fine again. I called them today to chat about it and the manager assured me it wasn’t from the pizza. So, there you go. I have never rated anything like this before, but I guess there is a first time for everything. Good luck!
