I was very happy with my service. I came in, was seated quickly, and didn’t have to wait too long for my food. The atmosphere was really clean with lots of plants and the food was super fresh and incredibly flavorful. Me and my dad shared the Salem roll, Red Dragon roll, and the day’s special Shotgun roll. My favorite was the Red Dragon roll with my dad’s favorite being the Shotgun roll. After we finished eating (we were both very full) we got red bean ice cream and sesame balls. The ice scream was super thick with delicious red bean bits and the sesame balls were just red bean filling in sticky sweet white stuff rolled in sesame.

My wife and I are frequent guests at this establishment. The Staff have always been very friendly and attentive while maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism. Unlike my wife, I’m a little newer to sushi, but everything I have sampled has been amazing. I personally love their unagi(eel). The establishment is very clean and has great taste in music.

I forgot how much I love sushi, but this place really rekindled that feeling!!
The tiger roll was one of the best servings of sushi I’ve ever had. The portions were perfect and the price was reasonable.
The order was ready quickly and the employee was polite when picking it up.
I also noticed that on Mondays they have sushi at $1 a piece–such a great deal I wish I was in the area more often!

This place was horrible! I went to a different location moniji with a friend and it was so good I wanted to take my husband to this place because it was closer to home. This location was awful, Safeways sushi taste better than it did here. Also I looked at their menu online to make sure they had what I was going for (it said they did) when we got there they didn’t have half of what their website said they did. No chopsticks or utensils and couldn’t find our waiter so we ate with our hands. Won’t be back this was such a disappointment!

The food at Momiji Japanese Restaurant was generally good, but I was disappointed with the cucumber salad. The sushi rolls, baked oysters, and Seared Blackened Tuna were delicious, but the cucumber salad lacked freshness and was overly soaked. Despite that, the overall dining experience was enjoyable.

Waited an hour and 40 minutes to be serve. When they brought water I said I wanted tea never got. They brought the chicken rice and broccoli cold. No utensils and when we asked for them, they only brought for one person. 40 minutes later they brought the rest of the food sushi and it was good but still so spread my tea never. My work for a food service and he really good about tipping and always telling me how important that is but this time I just let him be the man and take charge of the situation after all soon he’ll be 22 and he needs to learn to speak up he did and we were able to get a discount at the end but to me if the food won’t be ready in less than 40 to 60 minutes they need to let you know right at front. This way we know if we can wait or not. This was unbelievable. Last time here!

This place has the best golden squid/Calamari I have had it comes with miso soup and rice, the soup is really really good!.even though I like with fish..their vegetarian sushi was really good as well! must try..the staff is really nice and super friendly. 🙂 They do have a variety of sushi and its a pictorial menu so its super helpful!! 😀
