Got the fish and chips and loved it! I have to eat gluten free and it was such a treat to be able to order fried food. The batter is so light and crispy. The piece of fish was large and I loved the fries as well. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area. All the staff were super friendly.

They fit us in on a busy night. Great food, happy staff, nice atmosphere. Brynne, our server, was delightful! Had the pan seared salmon – it was delicious and pretty. This may be TMI, but the sink in the bathroom was really interesting.

We were visiting Brunswick from Massachusetts and had a fantastic experience at Ram & Bull! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was inviting, but the highlight of our visit was our server, Amir A. Amir was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations and made us feel genuinely welcome, even as out-of-town guests. Exceptional service like this really stands out. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Maine and hope to be served by Amir again!

We love it here. The first thing is always a big ‘hello’. The drink menu is fun and changes to keep things interesting. Favorite appetizers include the crab cakes and tuna nachos. Entree regulars are the smash burger, the chicken pot pie and an out of this world French dip. We’ve even gotten the cookie skillet – a warm cookie and ice cream is almost as good as a hug. The kitchen is on point and waitstaff is quick with a smile. R&B is a great addition to Maine Street!

Refreshed and Original. I Ordered Takeout on a Busy Thursday Evening. I Landed on their Fried Chicken Sandwich with Seasoned Fries and had them Hold the Sriracha Aïoli. This Lead to a Bit of a Boring Sandwich with Simply Lettuce & Pickles Remaining yet Better Than Any Other Local Chicken Sandwich I’ve had. The Chicken was Juicy While Not Too Salty and the Buttered Brioche Bun Was Very Good. I’m not a Big French Fry Person and Their Seasoned Fries are Top Notch Excellent for Sure. The Hostess had My Food Ready Upon My Arrival and Greeted Me with a Smile. I’ve Read Several Reviews Regarding the “Loud Atmosphere” I Don’t have Any Complaints About it and Didn’t Find it Loud Although Very Busy. All Around a Solid Experience that Will have Me Returning Again in the Near Future. Thank You.

Visited while staying in Brunswick. We started with the poutine and then shared our entrees (blackened haddock and ribs). Both entrees were incredible!! Drinks were great, atmosphere was upbeat, and our server Ella really brought everything together – she was friendly, efficient, and recommended some of her favorite meals to us. I’ve already recommended this restaurant to my family. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, and during that time I’ve interacted with countless servers. I’ve also visited this establishment several times, and it has always been a great experience — excellent food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere.
This visit, however, truly stood out because of our server, Ella.
I happened to overhear some of her interactions with other tables, and my wife and I learned that she is a high school student and that this is only her first year as a waitress. That absolutely blew me away. In all my years in the restaurant industry, Ella is hands-down one of the best servers I’ve encountered in recent years.
She has an outstanding work ethic, a genuinely energetic and positive personality, and an impressive ability to stay attentive, efficient, and professional — especially considering how busy the restaurant was. She was quick without ever feeling rushed, personable without being intrusive, and clearly attentive to every table she handled. These are skills that many seasoned servers struggle to master, yet Ella makes them look effortless.
She is an incredible asset to this establishment, and if this is where she’s starting, I can only imagine how far she’ll go. I sincerely hope management recognizes what a standout employee they have.
The atmosphere and décor of the restaurant are also great — the only minor note I’d mention is that the temperature inside was a bit cooler than ideal. Other than that, this was an excellent experience all around.
Ella made our visit memorable, and we will absolutely be back.

We had the best Valentine’s Day dinner here! I have no memories of a great Valentine’s Day, this changed that. We were sat in a nice location, had a great server and were not rushed out or treated terribly. The food was fantastic and so reasonably priced. I loved it! Drinks were perfect and this spot has a cozy upscale vibe. I’m planning on returning for my birthday next month. Thank you!!

The haddock po boy was delicious. The hot honey margaritas hit the spot as well. My wife’s salad had a moldy blackberry on it hence the knock down to four stars. We chose not to raise it as an issue because it didn’t affect the rest of the dish. Overall really good experience.
