I got the regular burger which was very average. The lettuce and tomato had no snap or flavor and the sauce was just ok. The meat was too fatty and not that great. The only good thing was the onion rings! Those were great

Very nice lady called me to the counter from the kiosk, took my order quickly, and I had my breakfast sandwich super fast.

$8.50 for the sandwich.

First taste was just some egg hanging out. Bland and not seasoned at all. Full bite only had flavor because of the VERY crispy bacon.

Definitely not one of the best I’ve had.

Horrible experience. Ordered a burger without bun and was overcharged $27 instead of $15, after much argument manager eventually took care of it. Bar tender is overwhelmed n makes mistakes. Cooks r there but always fooling around. Food is basic for the prices. Get food from outside, don’t eat here.

This has to be the worst burger I’ve ever had and it was just their basic cheese burger. How difficult is it to make a cheese burger?! The patties were completely overcooked (dry and hard). The lettuce and tomato were soggy, stale, and foul tasting. My friend who was traveling with me had a veggie burger and had a stomach upset that night.

The staff was inattentive and waited for a line to form at the counter before announcing 15 minutes later that they only take orders on kiosks that were kind of hidden away on the side. People had flights to catch and they could have made the announcement every few min to help their customers save time.

Avoid this place!

Not bad it’s a big slow but other than that can’t complain burger was cooked great and while the value isn’t great Evrything was adequate.

Beyond burger was cooked perfectly was looking for grilled chicken and figured maybe this has less saturated fat vs a regular burger but who knows. Would go here again

It wasn’t super quick but I guess it’s expected they cook things from scratch Which Is nice.

Food was as expected, but don’t get in their way if it’s closing time. We were one of the last two orders before closing. Food took a little longer than expected, and we felt extremely rushed. They were out of hot dog buns, so my wife’s hot dog was on a hamburger bun. Not a horrible experience, but the employees made it less than enjoyable. Also, they were cursing to each other, which we could clearly hear.

What a joke. Order kiosk out of order. It looked like it could be decent but whoever is running this place is really dropping the ball big time. Out of fries, out of onion rings, out of chicken fingers, out of pickles and onions. Maybe, we should have asked what actually made their inventory order this week rather than assume we could order off the menu. Staff was vacant, off in their own world. Person taking our order was just going through the motions. Zero customer service. After we ordered she and another staff member went in back leaving just the cooking staff and a line of people waiting to order. People were waiting in line without contact for 5-10 min. as I was leaving. Several just decided to leave. The food that came out looks/tasted like something I’d get in a Jr. High cafeteria. Pretty pathetic. I had low expectations as airports are notoriously bad for food service, but this experience doesn’t even qualify as sub-standard.

All burgers are not created equal. The RDU location is in an ideal spot if you need a quick bite before a flight. The problem was the burger, very chewy as extra well done in some places. I did not finish the burger and I was starving. The fries were good but next time I’ll try another place or eat before I arrive. Burger? 1 star. Fries? 3 stars. Average score of 2 stars. All-in costs was $22 bucks—yikes.

I ordered the sausage egg cheese hash brown breakfast sandwich but they forgot the egg. Doesn’t matter anyway because the hash tasted like burned onions and sandwich was soaking with old grease. $15.
