A small place with quick and attentive service. I ordered the 王面 and it was served very hot with good variety of toppings including fresh garlic and fried shallots. The shrimp tasted very fresh with the poop line taken out and the pork was tender. The hot sauce is very flavorful and paired well.

Went here for lunch with coworkers. I had ordered beef ribs and black beans with rice noodles. The food came out fast and steaming. Even though it was a toasty day, the ribs and soup hit just right. My cohorts ordered the number 26, which if I can remember correctly was a shrimp-topped noodle meal that was very well presented. Also there’s a lot of parking!

U can mix and match the proteins and the noodle you want for the noodle, you can also pick dry (soup on side) or with soup.
Oyster pancake (with eggs) also take good. It is a very yum restaurant.

I called to place an order. So I specifically indicated to the person who answered the call to exclude green onions on BOTH dishes but this is what I got on the oyster cake. Now I have to spend time pulling out all the green onions before eating. The taste is not a factor to score stars anymore because all these green onions have spoiled the dish!

Triều Châu nodles soup are pretty good, broth is tasty but egg noodle could be more chewy. I also like the beef chow fun with extra bean sprout. Parking is limited, service is alright.
