This place has gone downhill since opening. By far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The restaurant was quite empty for a Friday night, but the host is still wanted to see us directly in front of the kitchen when there was many other seats available that would be much more comfortable than having a bright light, swinging kitchen door open in our faces every two minutes, we had to request to be moved. Arrived 7:30, The server didn’t come to the table until shortly after 8 PM, and it took another 30 full minutes which was now one hour after arriving to get all of the drinks.. Place was pretty empty for Friday night but only one bartender. Ordered 2 glasses of belle gloss which is a high end wine, ($170 for the bottle) so the glasses should have been $40-$45 each. We noticed they tasted off so when we asked the server to double check, she said we didn’t have any belle gloss so the bartender gave you our “house cab” instead!!!!! So instead of asking if we wanted something else the bartender took it upon himself to replace a $45 glass of wine with a $5 house glass of wine and not even mention it!!!! I’m floored! Were they still going to charge us that high ticket price and just think they were going to sneak cheap wine? We mostly sat with empty glasses. Server walked by several times and saw our glasses were empty didn’t even ask if we wanted another. The first martini that came out was only 3/4 full so either she spilled it on the way to the table or the bartender under poured. Also asked for 2 extra dirty martinis with regular olives and got blue cheese olives in martinis that were not dirty or cold. The service was beyond slow. It was 2.5 hours until we were able to get out of there. There was absolutely no music like was promised when I called earlier in the afternoon. The manager visited every single table sometimes twice and never once came over to our table of 6 people. Not even once! She clearly knew we were visibly annoyed. I ordered the near $50 lobster with homemade fettuccine, and the server explained that they did not have fettuccine however, they did have linguine, but it was promised is was still going to be homemade as well. I’ve eaten out long enough to know that was emphatically not homemade linguine. It was soupy sauce in an overcooked box pasta and looked like something out of a can. (Photo attached) The bill was $1000 and for a table of 6 people and they added a non optional automatic 20 percent gratuity. The food was fair at Best, nothing to run back to, definitely not worth the money and we will definitely never be back! The manager did ask if she she can do something for us when we complained on the way out. But if we had such a horrific experience, why would we return? Not even for free drink drinks, no way, no thank you, save your money and go somewhere else.

Was there few weeks ago and the Branzino served was full of blood and not cleaned. When I showed a manager he said that belongs to the fish!! I was happy that it was not coming from another animal. Additionally i had ordered a drink when I got the bill it was up-charged. The problem is that it happened to me on the same drink 3 weeks earlier and when I told them back then they said it was a system error! This time happened again! No more excuses thats their policy. Double check your receipts. They will rip you off almost guaranteed.

It was late on a Tuesday night and we went out to grab a quick dinner. The Resturant had only 2 other tables with people. We ordered the Watermelon Salad and the Chicken to share. The waiter asked if we wanted it all together, but we didn’t want to wait for the Chicken to be ready so we said bring the Salad and the Chicken as soon as it was ready. We ate the Salad and waited and waited and waited. The waiter then came out and told us there was an “incident” and they had to recook the chicken so it’s a delayed, it will be out in 5 minutes. It was ridiculous that they took so long to share that with us, we were already waiting for over 20 minutes after we finished the salad. The chicken did not come out 5 minutes later. 10 minutes later I asked to speak to the manager. The manager explained the chicken fell on the floor and had to be recooked. He apologized and said it’s coming right out. I said it would have been nice if they came out and offered us an appetizer or something while we were waiting so long. He asked if we wanted something and we explained that as long as the chicken is coming right out, that’s fine. The Chicken came out 5 minutes later and to be honest we did enjoy it. We asked the waiter for a check, paid and left. We were SHOCKED that the manager didn’t have the sense of mind to either take something off the check or offer us coffee and desert or a drink on the house. (I know many restaurants that would have said “dinner is on us”). Never in all my years of dining out have I encountered such a clueless manager of a Resturant. The waiter did come after us on the way out as an afterthought and offered us desert. But it was too late, we were already leaving. Apparently the Chef in Kitchen must have suggested to the waiter the appropriate thing to do. If the Resturant reads this, you need to give your manager a course in appropriate customer service.

i came here on saturday night such a fun and cool environment! the servers were on point and the food was amazing. we also order a couple cocktails off the drink menu before being seated and they were phenomenal along with bella bartending. the manager eva even came over and spoke with us for a bit she was so kind!! 10/10 do recommend and will definitely be coming back to try out their happy hour at the bar!

I randomly found this place on Ig and I immediately wanted to go. Therefore, I did. The place is very nice and welcoming. The ambiance was there but I wish thats I went on a saturday because I heard that when they have the best shows. The foods were great. The Saganaki was my favorite. My emply plates could testify for me. Haha. Man, this place encourages you to keep yourself entertain by having great conversations instead of being on your phone because you can hear everyone talking, sound of the dishes and the servers are so polite and welcoming. They enjoy what they are doing. My only issue is that the wait to be served is too long. After the water, it seems like we were forgotten but it was fixed very quick. I enjoyed my time at the Lefkes and took great pictures. Thank you. Prices are fair.

We visited this restaurant with party of 6, the hostess was confused and clueless upon arrival and wanted to sit us in front of the bright lights of the kitchen when the entire restaurant was empty, and there were definitely better seating options available . The server wasn’t great and not very attentive. We didn’t have drinks until one hour after our arrival. Then We had empty glasses most of the night. Everything took extremely long to come out. Service was very very slow. The food was decent, but definitely not worth the price. It was edible, but not delicious. The octopus was dry. The drinks were a disaster, the bartender was too busy paying attention to 2 women at the bar to be making drinks for the servers. The server was less than attentive, the manager didn’t seem to care about our table, but we did notice she checked on all of the other tables. The food was certainly not something that warranted a $1000 bill for only six adults. Pretty disappointing and safe to say we will never be back. The baklava dessert was probably the only upside. I’m certain this place will not be open much longer.

We cannot thank the Lefkes staff enough for making my sister’s birthday so incredibly special! As soon as we walked in we were so impressed by the aesthetic – the floral swing made for some beautiful pictures and the music was upbeat and set the vibe for the night! Sonya, the manager, set our table of 15 people together and brought a saxophone player, happy birthday sign and huge light up cake to celebrate! It was so fun and the food and drinks were incredible. The other staff members were also very friendly and our servers Steve and Nathaly were amazing and brought out gluten free options for one of our guests with dietary restrictions! Adam the bouncer was also nice enough to take a group picture of the whole crew. Would highly recommend this place!
