Whatcha Eatin?
The nuggets were hot but the texture was horrible. Soft exterior and multiple were stuck together. The tenders were cold and soft as well. It seems that the colonel was out because nothing about this food was finger licking good. The man working the drive through was very nice and efficient, however.

Stopped by this location on Saturday evening around 6:00 PM, expecting a typical dinner visit, only to be told the restaurant was out of chicken.
I understand that supply shortages, staffing challenges, and unexpected issues can happen in food service. That said, being out of your primary product during one of the busiest dinner times of the week, especially on a Saturday, was surprising and disappointing.
This isn’t meant to criticize the employees on shift, as they can only work with what they’re given. However, this does raise concerns around owner or leadership inventory planning, staffing levels, and operational decision-making at this location. A situation like this really impacts customer trust and the overall brand experience.
Sharing this feedback in hopes that corporate leadership is made aware and can review what happened so future weekends are better supported. KFC is a place many families rely on for a quick, familiar meal, and experiences like this make that difficult.
I appreciate any follow-up or insight from corporate on how situations like this are addressed moving forward. @KFC

The manager working this early afternoons shift has more hospitality with his work ethics than any other manager my fiance and I have seen. He alone makes you want to come back or just hang around. His humor is a beautiful touch to any day. Someone give that man a raise because he will bring the business !

I’m not sure what happened tonight, but the food was not good at all. Cherry bites was dry, hard, filling was dried out no favor at all. The chicken had a wet feel to it. I had grease in chicken box and we ordered two four piece meals and received four packets of hot sauce. The high light of meal was the side dishes. The window person was polite and friend she delivered great customer service. Food was trash tonight. This was the first time I have ever had bad food from this KFC.

I’ve always been afraid to eat here as i know that’s ago an employee and their whole family had to go to a dr to get treated for a parasite they contracted from their food.
Now they apparently have been making their employees work without heat in the winter for a while, refusing to fix it. And we had like a negative 20 degree day, they’re risking their employee’s safety.

This is the worst KFC I’ve pulled up to in years. This location never has any dark meat or chicken for that matter around dinner time. I’m always rushed and the last visit the wing’s made me sick. So, I’m sure they were not cook thoroughly. I don’t normally complain but when it’s my food I will. My money won’t keep them in business ‼️

might genuinely be the worst food I have ever eaten. mac n cheese is clumpy, the “large” side of mashed potatoes is hardly 3 small scoops they don’t even fill the container, the meat was diabolical. gummy chewy and just everything you do not want your chiicken to taste like. this is actually the worst food you can get in davison, and there are like 3 shitty five bars so that says a lot.

One star because my pot pie was good ( not a lot of chicken in it-but then I’m not a big meat eater anyway), our bill was $19. We got the chicken sandwich meal, chicken littles meal, and the pot pie meal. The chicken sandwich was horrible! The bun was hard and the chicken very small and also hard. The chicken littles were ok, but the potato wedges were dried out almost seemed dehydrated, but I’m sure they must have just been old and over heated. I don’t know what’s up with this location, but for many years, there’s always been issues. Bad service or bad food, or lemme screwing around in the kitchen area. They had a remodel recently and the employees seemed to be new, proffessional and friendly the time before this. This visit the guy at the window was friendly, but the food was horrible!
