As a regular Starbucks customer, I’ve noticed that this particular location has a large LGBTQ+ flag prominently displayed, whereas other stores do not. While I fully support inclusivity, I believe it’s important for all customers to feel equally comfortable. I hope management can consider a more balanced approach so that everyone feels welcome. Thank you for understanding.

I’m upset! Just ordered a grande caramel mocha hot wit whipped cream as I drove away it tasted weird it was a peppermint mocha NO whipped cream!!! CLEARLY not what I ordered!!! I was too far bt the time I realized and I tipped her!!!!!

I’m a DAILY customer at this location and I question why every single day do I still choose this location. The drinks are never consistent and I place a mobile order! I don’t know how much clearer you can be other then a written order (and time to prepare it). I’ve spoken on Several occasions to the workers on how I can order my drink so it comes out the same daily and that it’s ACTUALLY filled to the top. They have no answer and just apologize every time and remake the drink. I do not want to wait or drive back for this all the time. With that said, that’s exactly why I’m leaving this review. I’ve spoken to the actual business (something everyone always suggests doing first) already and no adjustments have been.
I used to go to the Starbucks at Gratiot and Masonic rd. They actually get to know their daily customers. I’d pull up, they’d know my name and drink order! I truly felt the value of the drink and customer service there! Especially when you spend $7 a day there which is $217 a month!
For reference I get a grande white mocha latte with no foam and whip cream. It’s not anything custom.
I also provided pictures of this daily problem in hopes they will adjust the training of crew members. Starbucks is a treat to some people, please make it worth their money.

I’m so happy this is ‘My Starbucks.’ They are amazing, the employees are so sweet and kind. The drinks are 10/10 every time. They are quick even when it’s busy. I got the cherry chai and it’s quite possibly the cutest drink ever. I went to different Starbucks a few days ago and it made me so grateful that this one is the closest to me.

I’m not exaggerating when I say this- between the 5 times I have gone here in the past few months, they have forgot the cream cheese to my bagel. Forgetting a food item is fine, whatever no biggie, but FIVE times in a row is absolutely ridiculous. These workers forgetting the cream cheese I pay extra five times in a row and then not apologizing should NOT be acceptable. I worked in fast food so I know exactly how it is and I have NEVER experienced anything like this before.

Sometimes I get my drink made perfect here and sometimes not. It’s a hit or miss, but overall most of the time my drinks are good. Very friendly baristas. I hate how small the parking lot is though and only one entrance/exit into the lot. The drive thru does not have much room.
