I’m not sure who Saladworks think they are. Their sandwich construction is horrible. Most of the ingredients falls of while building the sandwich, and the workers don’t bother to add them back on, but you can’t blame them because the strategy of building the sandwich is poor. In addition, they charge $1.29 for a teaspoon of onions, which again, falls right off beforeit hits the panini press. The same amount of avocado they put on a half a sandwich is the same amount they put on a whole sandwich. I will never return

Just ordered 3 salads on line. Very disappointed. Each salad was to have chicken. Could barely find chicken on any of them. 6 blueberries and 4 pieces of strawberry on the berry salad
Next to no topping on any of them. Paid over $37.00 for these.

Hey folks bring your own dressing.
They give you a nice big salad but not enough dressing. If you want enough dressing bring your own. Otherwise you have to pay for more dressing. They give you enough dressing for half the salad.

While traveling towards home we decided to stop and grab a healthy lunch. The salad’s were OK, my sandwich sat on the panini press for two extra minutes beeping before any of the two young ladies came out front to even check it out. When one did all she did was wrap it in foil and drop it on the table and very inconsiderate said here’s your sandwich and walked away without addressing the over-cooking of my sandwich. Her attitude throughout the entire order process was extremely poor as if it was a bother for my fiancé and I to even bother her to order. My first and probably my last time here. I went to the 2737B N Salisbury Blvd B in Salisbury MD. Do Not stop at that store unless you enjoy a younger disrespectful encounter.

I love this place. I love salads, but I hate when they have too little of this and too much of that. This place fixes all of that, I could actually live here if they’d let me. My last trip wasn’t my best. Our girl was getting off, so we were her last customers. We all know how that goes. We would probably do the same thing. My thing is, I would have waited the 5 minutes for the new girl to come on, heck, she was already back there. It was the first thing I had to eat that day, and at my favorite place, it just so happened our girl was going somewhere that day. Oh well, not my last trip there, believe me, this place is well worth it.

Horrible experience. Asked if they had blackened chicken, worker made herself look like an idiot and said “we only have normal chicken”. Ordered a chicken caesar wrap, looking for chicken was like digging for gold, and the only piece of chicken found wasn’t even half of a piece. Ridiculous. One star

My husband and I went back to Saladworks because we really “liked” the salad [not the white girl who was there making the salads. The young Black girl who works there is as sweet as she can be, but we had to deal with the girl making our salads. She said she had to weigh the greens so after I stated that I wanted Iceberg, she dumped them because I also wanted some spinach in my salad as well. [I still wonder why we can’t make our own salads.] After all the confusion, my husband was able to rectify my order, but he has to speak for me as my voice is very weak and at least the can hear his booming voice [the acoustics are terrible in that store. In any event, the girl who had been so nasty the first time we were there, was extra nice the second time we got her, so my husband was elated and shocked. We wondered if the owner had spoken to her since I had complained in my review. If so, thank you for speaking to her! Then the third time we were there [we seem to be going to your store in Salisbury, south end near Fruitland, every other evening] we encountered another rude white girl on that afternoon and I thought you should be aware. We like the salads, but are tired of rude personnel. We also hope you speak to her as well. We are willing to pay for whatever we order, but not for rotten attitudes. Thank you. Lisa
