I used to love Bomb. Im not sure if I did something or they just dont like my order. I was treated very rudely the last several visits. I wont be back. Also, they are often out of certain products. I will make my own from now on. not worth the service.

Walked in and the lady at the register had an attitude and was unpleasant to speak with. She then proceeded to argue with a co worker right in front of three customers. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. If I was the boss I’d be firing at least 2 of your workers. The last time I came in the customer service was not great either. They just seem miserable. There has been 1 girl in there with a good attitude and customer service.

I had never been there, so the girl at the counter recommended the tea of the day. She didn’t ask what size, pulled a drink out of a fridge and slapped in on the counter saying $7.53. This “tea” tastes like a pixie stick.

Bomb nutrition is by far one of my favorite places to get a refreshment in town. ❤️ Staff is always kind to me. Lyssa is phenomenal and runs the business like it’s a home away from home. The drinks are always top tier! We consistently order at my place of work and Bomb staff always brings them up to us:) really just a big mood booster !!! If you haven’t been to Bomb you gotta go!!!

The shake was awesome. Wasn’t too impressed with the atmosphere or the service which is a huge bummer.
They have a wall full of names of their teas and shakes. Problem is, if you don’t know what’s in them already you’ll have to ask. I asked maybe two questions and the cashier looked unbelievably annoyed that I didn’t already know. I really wanted this place to be amazing but I have too high of anxiety to ask questions to someone who isn’t happy to answer them.
If I try again I hope the cashier doesn’t look annoyed that I bothered to even come in.

Great shop owners! Both are always so nice and will get to know you on a more personal basis and even remember your favorite drinks. Highly recommend the teas, but be careful because they are so addictive!
