The service was perfect. Friendly staff and very attentive but not overly so. The food was fantastic! We had tilapia and chicken Parmesan (so good)! The adult kids had a 16” wood fire pizza that was fantastic and the grand kids ordered off the kids menu (nothing over $7 on this menu which is great) they got a Mickey Mouse shaped pizza – which they LOVED and was plenty for the 2 of them (ages 5 & 6). Desserts are incredible. Not a fancy place (was an old breakfast place) I believe.
Perfect for families and reasonable prices! Don’t miss this place if you want a great brick oven pizza!

If you live in or around DeKalb and are a pizza fan, make your next order from Zana’s!!! First time here, dining in. Atmosphere is neat and clean, friendly service, and excellent wood fire pizza! We ordered the Florentine and BBQ Chicken…delicious! We also ordered cheese curds and fried mushrooms, both excellent! Cheese curds are very comparable to what you find in Wisconsin! Another point, the food was ready quickly!!

We ordered a pizza and wings last night. The pizza and wings were good, but the blue cheese dressing looked inedible. Our delivery person got lost and our food arrived at least twenty minutes late. We had to reheat everything in the oven since the food was ice cold.

The pizza at this restaurant was decent. I think our pizzas could have been cooked for a couple of minutes longer to make the crust crisper. The wait staff were excellent and very attentive. The restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained. The menu had a very wide selection of choices. The prices were reasonable.

The bruschetta had a odd taste, almost like sesame oil? The homemade bread stick are very good. Cheese curds we’re also very good. The pizza had a very moderate flavor. Tiramisu was very good. All in all good experience. Our server was very hospitable and kept the drinks full, what more can you ask for!!

Super amazing place. Everything is super fresh and tastes delicious. The service is amazing as well and the staff is extremely polite and handles our large party very well. The pizza and the garlic bread was really good. The presentation and taste of the bruschetta was amazing. The taste of the sauce we dipped our garlic bread into was amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Woodfire pepperoni pizza was delicious! Mostaccoli was gone before I could take a pic. (Meatballs are seared and juicy.) Service was the best! 🙂 Tuxedo cake and cheesecake were incredible! Can’t believe this place isn’t packed on a Saturday night. Name is deceiving because this is like an authentic Italian restaurant. Going back for the lobster Alfredo and fish fry next time. And more tuxedo cake. 😉 Highly recommend — 5 stars all around.

Got a serious case of food poisoning here on 12/24/24 (Christmas Eve) from spoiled prosciutto and spoiled mushrooms on the Athena pizza. I only had 1.5 slices of pizza before realizing what I was smelling/tasting was unsafe beyond just seeming ‘off’. I asked the waitress to take it away and she seemed unconcerned. Later that evening I progressively became violently ill from 12/24 through Christmas Day and the day after and it was confirmed via testing between the hospital and health dept. that the illness was most certainly contracted from here and I tried contacting the owners to let them know but the person who answered the phone was disinterested and did not care enough to take our info down or have the owners call us. It was after this poor treatment that we got the health department involved as this was a serious, life threatening case. I understand that mistakes and accidents happen, but when serving food you have a responsibility and the way this was handled is entirely unacceptable. We have loved this place in the past and were willing to go back as loyal patrons but the way this was handled turned us off for good. I could have died and an older person or a person with preexisting health conditions most certainly would have. We will not return and are actively warning others so they do not experience and go through what we did.

First time out this new restaurant that been around for a year now give or take.
I ordered the chicken parmesan and the buffalo chicken pizza.
The chicken parmesan was a good hit. My first time trying it when I’m not on a cruise ship.
The Buffalo chicken was 50/50. They could have cook the pizza maybe five minutes more.
The staff was attendity to everyone that sat down in the restaurant. I was cozy and not to loud or nosy if you are going for a date night.

Pizza ordered extra crispy is amazing! Desert could have been better but they drizzled it with Hershey chocolate syrup–ew. Other than that it was spot on.
