Welcome to Pistana Brothers Pizza! Owners and twin brothers Albert and Michael Pistana are very excited to be taking over from Sarabella Pizza. Albert has been making authentic brick oven pizzas for Sarabella in Colonie for 5 years. Overall, Albert has 20 years experience in the pizza industry. Michael has two decades of customer service experience, and together the Pistana Brothers look forward to earning your loyalty. That is why they plan on continuing in the same tradition of a family-run pizza restaurant with authentic recipes, fresh ingredients, & friendly service. Good flavor all around. The sauce is a smooth balance and not too acidic, seems house made. The dough is fine, and slices reheated come out in good time. I usually visit around lunch breaks (between 1130a and 130p). Smells clean, and from my visits I have never see any flies.
There is a pinball machine and an arcade cabinet offering Pac man and Galaga, and the walls having movie posters. Good decoration seems just right.

My husband and I tried this hidden gem. We were surprised at how great the food was. We got a large tossed salad with Italian, boneless garlic parm wings with blue cheese (which is homemade and SO tasty), and a square pizza!! The wings were some of the best boneless we have ever had and the pizza was light and fluffy. Definitely recommend trying here! Also, Jessica at the front counter is so sweet ☺️

Humble 90’s -2000’s themed pizzeria. Pizza is on par with the best pizzerias in the area, and I would argue it is the actual best. Delicious meat lovers and cheese pies and their slices are great.

We moved from Long Island nearly 3 years ago and have tried every pizzaria in the CR. They all pale in comparison. Admittedly we are originally from Brooklyn and Queens and are pizza snobs. This is the one! The thin crust has proper gluten development with the right balance of chew and snap. The sauce is seasoned well, the cheese is perfect, proportions of ingredients is spot-on. The slices are properly and foldable sized. This is the best pizza north of Westchester. The wings and salads are very good too. Door dash delivers them to us in Waterford and my work in Latham. Enjoy

Amazing, the best pizza one can buy. This hidden gem is unbeatable. I have only gotten the pizza, but that’s the pride of this establishment. I have not yet found another pizza place that can match the crispy texture and delicious toppings of this pizza. Getting a slice in store, dealing with the great people, the experience is great. The store is a little barren, but the food makes up for it. Every pizza I get I compare to this. Great job Pistana Brothers!
