My standard order for a drink is Matcha Latte, cold but no ice, shaken not blended.
The reason I don’t like it blended is one time I got a whole cup of air, I let it settle and had about a 1/5 of a cup of liquid.
Obviously this location still blended my drink, ended up with a little less than a half a cup of drink.
Also, they could not understand that nuts and cranberries come with the oatmeal. Just hands me a cup of hot oatmeal, no spoon, none of the rest of the ingredients.
I was driving thru, didn’t have time to go back. But won’t stop there next time I’m thru Waycross GA.

I had a mobile order to pick up in-store! Walked in store with no welcome-in greeting Used restroom and proceeded to wait on the $18 worth of drinks that after prep should have been placed at the assigned in-store area on counter! Still no greeting from two females working in the store. You could see them working on orders for drive-thru. Finally, after about 10 minutes, the girl working the drive-thru asked if we had an order. She had it at the window and stated they keep all their drinks over there to keep an eye on them! WTH! ♀️ ♀️ so, drinks were siting about 5 minutes! We were only people in store. So, they were not that busy!

I really tried to give their coffee another chance, but I just can’t. I just picked up a coffee a few minutes ago and it tastes like someone pour perfume inside my coffee in my Frappuccino. Now I can’t drink it so I don’t spend all this money on this coffee for it to sit full in the cup. On my hour and 40 minutes drive to work so there’s no turning around to get a new Frappuccino. I’ll continue to go inside Kroger they get it right every-time.
