I’ve overlooked missing toppings and poor cutting before, but this time, they gave me just plain bread and sauce with zero toppings. Given history, I’m starting to think this is intentional. When I called, there was no apology. just a cold offer of a remake or credit. I will never order from here again

I ordered the other day and accidentally gave them the wrong phone number, because I recently got a new one. Today I ordered another pizza, and it seems, out of spite, they gave the thinnest pizza I have ever seen in my entire life. It can’t be thicker than a cm or two. Want my advice? Don’t order from them. They didn’t even give me garlic sauce, either.

Called about 45 minutes before closing (I know that’s not ideal, but they’re listed as open until 1:30 AM). I just wanted to order one cheese pizza for pickup—nothing complicated. The employee asked if it was for pickup or delivery, then took my name and number. After putting me on hold, he came back and said they couldn’t take the order. When I asked if they close at 1:30, he said yes. I then asked why he took my info if they weren’t going to fulfill the order, but he didn’t have an answer—just ‘sorry.’ If they had said upfront that the kitchen was closed early, I would’ve understood. Instead, it came across as stopping work when they feel like it, not when the posted hours say. Disappointing experience

Pretty upset I just tried to call in for my replacement order that they offered to replace because I called and complained about my order and I had to sit on the phone for 20 minutes while they figured out why there wasn’t a note in the system. I gave them my phone number and they said it didn’t pull up anything but yet when I gave them my order number when I called back they were able to tell me what my phone number was. What should have been a one minute conversation turned into a lengthy conversation with someone that had an attitude problem like it’s my fault someone didn’t write something down like it’s my fault that they messed up my pizzas and didn’t make them how I had asked them to be made missing toppings having a flood of barbecue sauce it was disgusting you could squeeze the barbecue pizza slice and it was like squeezing water out of a wet sponge. I am so upset that I’m just getting off work trying to order food for my kids and I just had to deal with that circus. Highly recommend avoiding this location. The employees are not very understanding in any case and should not be copying attitudes with customers for something their store messed up on. Go somewhere else for pizza highly upset and disgusted in unequivocally annoyed.

Got a pepperoni hand tossed pizza and it was good. Saw bad reviews so I was nervous as I hadn’t ordered from here in a very long time. Give them a try… with a coupon the price was good, giving the order over the phone was a breeze and a very nice employee waited on me when I picked up my order.

Beyond pissed, they kept calling my replacement pizza a FREE Pizza. I don’t do handouts. I work for my money, I exchanged my earned money for a Pizza I wanted to be HOT on delivery. I was told cold Pizza that had zero melt in the cheese would be replaced. Now there charging me a DELIVERY FEE for my Replacement Pizza. I already paid for my PIZZA & DELIVERY fee. The dude kept antagonizing the situation by calling it FREE like he was giving me some kind of freaking handout. I even explained it’s insulting I am not asking for a handout which the term FREE insinuates, and still kept throwing the word FREE in my face! Last time I will be ordering from this location, it’s ran today by TRASH!

Game night, so We had to give their garlic stuffed crust a try.
5 STARS! WTG! Fantastic!! Don’t change a thing.
There was plenty enough cheese in the crust & on top, & the flavor was excellent!
But, I always have to take a pizza home & doctor it up. We throw some pieces into the toaster oven & cook it till the top & bottom gets extra toasty & crunchy brown! Then I added a layer of our home made HOT tomato peppers on top.
BTW,,, The sale introduction price made this pizza worth it. I would never buy one at full price.
