Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. I visit this location every Friday after work to start my weekend and usually order 2–3 Unwiches, typically spending around $30-$40.
This time, my total came out to $15, which immediately felt off. At handoff, I asked if I had only been rung up for one Unwich. The employee (young blonde male, early 20s) responded with confusion: “Oh. You wanted two? Wait, you wanted a Unwich?” He then hesitated and claimed they were “out of that.”
The second sandwich maker visibly looked confused, as it was clear this was a blatant lie that he wasn’t in on. I think he may have been the supervisor (skater looking guy). I didn’t understand, they just made me a sandwich with the exact same ingredients minus the bread.
I’m leaving this review because being lied to is the single most frustrating part of any customer experience, especially as a regular customer. Sounds weird – but I actually look forward to coming here every Friday. It marks the beginning of the weekend after a long week.
Because of this, I drove to the Burien Jimmy John’s afterward and had a great experience. Despite it being close to closing time, their staff had no issue putting together multiple Unwiches and were friendly and professional.
Highly recommend the Burien location instead:

I got a jjblt with cheese witch is an extra 1.98 and added a combo. Went through drive thru they didn’t give my chips I had to ask for it. There wasn’t cheese on my sandwich. They charge me for nothing. You need to retrain your employees.

I placed an online catering order that came to $281. By card was billed three times. I received no confirmation email. The next day I called to see if they had the order and informed them my card was billed three times. They had the order so i went to pick it up and asked them to refund the other transactions. They said the manager needed to. I asked for the managers name and number. They said he likes to reach out to customers and would not provide it. I showed them my bank statement where I was triple charged. Still nothing. They said he would call me. I receive no call so now I have to go back down to the store tomorrow. This is insane and a colossal waste of my time. I will never order from them again.

Pretty solid. I did place my order as I was going to leave work and ended hp having to stay like 45 more minutes. When I went to pick it up the employee had ate my sandwich Lol. Which honestly I couldn’t care less about. He made a nee one within minutes and I was on my way.

Came to drive thru, it was empty, store wasn’t busy. After sitting there for 7 minutes without being greeted I finally said hello and was then asked what I would like to order. Once I got to the window, I attempted to pay for my order with a $100 bill. I was rudely told they don’t take $100’s (which is fine, but there are no signs informing customers of this). When I replied this is the only bill I have, someone else came and asked to see the $100 bill. I guess they decided to take it then because I was handed a stack of $5’s and my food. Didn’t count the change back to me, just brushed me off. This was not a friendly experience, it was rather rude. Hopefully customer service will be worked on and may I suggest signs stating which $$ bills are accepted so customers know prior to ordering. My order was all wrong and I didn’t get all of my order.

Had an awesome experience at this Jimmy John’s. The pay machines were down, but the general manager went above and beyond and gave us our sandwiches for free. That’s some top-tier customer service. Sandwiches were delicious as always, and the staff was super friendly despite the tech issues. Will definitely be coming back.

And while they don’t do it “Mike’s Way,” they do it the Jimmy way—simple, cold, delicious, and aggressively efficient. Fresh bread, crunchy lettuce, and deli meat stacked with no-nonsense swagger. It’s like the introvert of sub shops: no drama, just sandwiches.

This Jimmy John’s has been great… the staff is always friendly and the food great! I’ve ordered here for pick up about five times over the last couple months and been perfect every time… Not sure about all the negative reviews, a couple years back it seemed a little short-staffed sometimes, but that was everybody… Thanks, and definitely recommended! Their subs always feel a lot more natural and wholesome than Subway to me, so it’s my go-to….
