I ordered delivery from the app not too long ago and ordered two dishes. One was the Japanese Pan with tofu and the it was so burnt and the tofu was hard as a rock.
This noodles is the worst one. It had like no mushrooms in it even though I elected to replace the broccoli with mushrooms.
They skimp on everything here like it’s coming out of their own pockets!

I love Noodles and the food is always fantastic but recently I had a bit of a frustrating experience with my group! Someone in my group tried to use a Noodles gift card that I gifted them (that I bought from Walmart), and the cashier seemed to have trouble getting it to work so a manager came over. She looked at the gift card and said “this looks really old, we don’t even make them like this anymore so you’ll probably have to call them and have them replace it or send you a new one”. I explained I had just bought it from Walmart and was for sure charged for it. We just let it go and while we ate our food I went on the Noodles website to check the gift card balance, and sure enough it said there was $25 loaded on it.
The same person then tried to use the gift card a different day at the exact same location, in-person, the exact same way just like the first time, and it worked just fine. I don’t know what happened; the employee and manager from the first visit must’ve not known what they were doing or something because it worked just fine the next time. Nothing major, just would appreciate better communication between everybody so that this doesn’t happen to someone else! One person telling you it’s not valid and the next person ringing up the gift card with no problem. Thanks!

I love this place! I’m a truck driver and come to Pleasant Prairie, WI every few weeks or so, and when I do I order from here. The food tastes amazing and I love the variety of noodle dishes offered. I wish you had a location in Georgia

Pleasantly surprised!
The menu was diverse, what we ordered was very good. The chicken Alfredo, my wife got the zucchini noodles, very good. I would recommend this eatery highly, everyone was kind, the interior was spotless, the bathrooms were really clean, and you can get your own drinks. That’s pretty cool if you’re sitting there for a while after you eat, and sip on a soda or two.
We definitely will be going back, it’s not Ramen, but it’s the next best thing!
One thing to remember if you didn’t know, if the bathrooms are clean the kitchen is clean, if the bathrooms are dirty, go somewhere else! The bathrooms always tell you about the manager.

2/6 update: they emailed back but still did not apologize and blamed the door dasher. The bag was sealed and the bug was completely stuck on the chicken, not tossed in. Disgusting people.

On 2/4, as she was eating she discovered a dead green roach looking bug on one of her chicken pieces. We shook it off the chicken to look at it closer. Absolutely disgusting. We called and the guy didn’t apologize made it sound like we were lying. He only stated “that’s interesting”. Extremely unprofessional. He told us to email them pictures but have yet to respond or even apologize for the situation. Do not eat here!! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Very unacceptable.

Wife placed a pickup order. Waited 20 minutes. Gets to the window to pickup the order. Teller says “didn’t expect to be slammed this bad”. Been waiting at the window an additional 30 minutes and order still is not ready. This location has lost our business. This happened once before from this location.

Do not go to this Noodles. Absolutely terrible.
1. I ordered a pick up order and it was almost 10 minutes late. They said they had a large catering order. Fine I can wait.
2. When I finally got my food I checked and noticed my pasta Fresca was missing so I pulled back up and told them what was missing and then had to wait some more. She gave me a bowl and a rice crispy for the inconvenience. When I got him I open the bowl and it is the wrong dish. It is the basil pasta dish and doesn’t even have all the ingredients- no mushrooms, no tomatoes- just noodles and a few pieces of chicken. And then I open my pot stickers and they didn’t give me sauce. I spent over $50 on my order. Seriously how many mistakes can you make on one order. Ridiculous. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now. After recently hearing how the Manager Sam treats the employees and his employees with special needs. I will no longer be coming in to this location. Along with other concerns that should be addressed. I’ve as well heard how food preparation is prepared and stored. Along with how food waste is not properly being wasted but sitting on the line till it’s visible that there is mold then dis regarded. Along with food not being put away properly after closed and sitting out. Then when the food is put away it does not get covered. This is a big concern for the public.
