They have not had all the PRIMARY ingredients in this shop for over a month. Everytime I go in there they are out of many items that go on a sandwich. Went there last night to walk in to: No lettuce, onion, tomato, olives spinach, bacon, tuna…and this has been a daily issue. Ive lost all hope. How do you run a sandwich shop with none of these on a daily basis?

Just picked up a mobile order I placed with the subway app. I ordered a hot honey pepperoni sandwich toasted and an outlaw sub toasted. When I opened the wrapping I observed they had added maybe a few drops of hot honey sauce to one sandwich and both sandwiches are not toasted. These things are way too expensive to not get them how you ordered them so I attempted to call the restaurant and there’s no answer. There’s zero customer support infrastructure on the corporate app, website, and phone number so idk what else to do other than leave this review.

While attempting to get out of the rain for about 10 mins, I called a cab and took shelter in this Subway. These employees went to the back between customers to talk about me being soaked in the lobby. I have 30 mins before it’s considered “loitering” but was informed I need to get something or be thrown out in 10 mins. While I attempt to wait for a cab home out of the rain. I’m very upset your employees are trained to force people into a purchase to get out of the rain temporarily, knowing how bad it is with lightning and rain. And I’m sharing my experience on Facebook as well so they don’t give to a company with such poor moral values.

The employee wouldn’t let me use the restroom because she had cleaned them. I went at 7pm. They dont close until 10pm. She told the other employee that the restrooms were closed for the night because she just cleaned them.

I’ve been a pretty loyal customer at this location for years. I’ve never had any issues until this short older woman who is primarily Spanish speaking started working there. She is rude and never makes the sandwiches as ordered (especially when online). For example, I ordered a sandwich with extra lettuce and ranch…. She gave me no lettuce and no ranch. This was online (I know it was her because she was wrapping it as I walked in). I don’t see how it’s hard to follow a written order…..

The people below me are out of their minds. The whole reason I go to this particular subway is a Lady by the name of Yolanda. I think she is a gem for me whenever I walk in she always has a giant smile. She’s incredibly sweet, And remembers my order, which I believe is great customer service. So thank you she’s a great employee
