We placed an order that totaled $40.00 plus change. After already paying for 1 extra icing( not knowing they are smaller than than the regular size sauce cups I pay for), I asked for one more, since there was barely any on the monkey bread and they told me its another 75 cents. Not that 75 cents is a big deal, but I brought in just my phone to pick up a order already paid for, the gal said 75 cents. I said I don’t have my wallet but since I already paid $40 could I just get one more. No, I guess a customer leaving frustrated is better than just giving out one icing. Not great for wanting return business.

I ordered pizza and some boneless wings. This was the most disgusting for I have ever eaten. I have had papa johns previously and it was good. The dough had no flavor like it was frozen and the sauce was horrible also. There was no color on the cheese. The wings were even worse. I am surprised I did not get sick. I bit into them and they were rubber. They were fatty and just overall gross. Extremely disappointed. They need to do better.

The freshest pizza I’ve had in a while! Super tasty super delicious !! Friendly workers great attitude and was welcoming all the way around! I got a pizza with only onions and one with pepperoni! My onion pizza was the bomb ! You can just taste the freshness in the pizza so satisfying especially if your hungry ! I hope I get this same experience from any other location! But I’ll stop here on my out of Arizona for sure ! Thank you guys for such a good pizza !!

I’m pretty sure the young lady that helped me was on something. It was like she just stared at me, could barely make a full sentence, and spoke so quietly. It was like a bad comedy sketch of a bad customer service worker. She wasn’t rude, but, it was weird. Anywho, food was good and accurate. So, that’s something.

On my first order, 1/4 of the Cheese bread was just dough so I called for a credit. Ordered online again about a week later and called in to get the cheese bread credited. The call goes to a call center in India? Get my order home and there’s a couple pieces of cheese bread that still don’t have cheese….and it’s super greasy and not cut well. The pizza is also very greasy, floppy and not cut at all. And the butter they put in the box was open so it spilled when we took it out. Perhaps “payback” for complaining about the cheese bread? Will not be ordering from here again any time soon.

RAW CRUST – Ordered 2 large ‘The Works’ pizzas carryout and got home to find the crust of both completely raw. The toppings were piled so high the crust didn’t cook at all. The box was so wet on the bottom I could easily poke my finger through it. Both pizzas were inedible and went in the trash. Called the restaurant several times during business hours with no answer. Took the time to fill out the online complaint form with no response a week later. Papa John’s clearly doesn’t care.

It has been many, many years since I’ve had Papa John’s. So I figured I would give it a go again. It’s safe to say that I have never had any other pizza taste more like a frozen pizza you can get at Wal-Mart for $5. Worse still – if you order on their website, you will constantly get flooded with requests to upgrade your pizza or purchase ad-ons, and then they ask for a tip at the end, acting like making a pizza isn’t their literal job description. I will not be going back here. Waste of money and terrible online-ordering experience.

ridiculous $.10 for a package of cheese and peppers each. Pizzas are really small. Little Caesars taste a lot better. Better off with little Caesars they won’t charge you for peppers or cheese.

Dryer out pizza if u call it that or burnt cheese bread? Order the Shaq Peperoni had to cut it into small slices to make it edible. Called Watson papa John’s and they stained u are to far we shouldn’t even deliver 2 you first of all . I’m .7 miles away Don’t order delivery from this dump

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Tyler, or whoever is the manager, is a terrible employee and laughed at my husband and I. We ordered the “Shaq” pizza, which is supposed to be loaded with pepperoni (it is advertized to have 60 pieces of pepperoni edge to edge). We added extra toppings, and this is what we got. There was maybe 15 pieced of pepperoni and the rest of the toppings are practically non-existent. We called to get a refund and a new pizza, admittedly we were upset at what we received after the cost, and Tyler laughed at us and hung up. My husband drove back to get the order remade with the proper amount of toppings we paid for, and Tyler said “even if I remade it, I’d make sure it looked the same.” Bad on Papa John’s to let, what looks like, a teenager be a manager of one of their locations. Terrible location, never going to again. We’ll take the extra 10 minutes to get pizza at Barros.
