20% discount written on a chalkboard in the store and got a coupon for $9.99 any size pizzas, but I didn’t actually get a single discount. No one in the store could explain why not. The app told me my pizza was ready and to “come on in,” so I went in and waited about 15 minutes for the actual order to be ready. Not exactly sure what’s up with the app but it is not accurate.

It is so much sadness I post this review. We are normally big Domino’s fans but we just have had very bad luck now 3x at the one by Walmart in Los Lunas, NM on Main Street.
My mother in law lives in Los lunas and when we visit we like to treat them with pizza. One time after 30 minutes we were told to wait for our order for pick up we went to pick up and learned that the kids pizza that had been ordered with black and green olives was mistakingly made with green Chile. We had to sit and wait for a whole new pizza meanwhile our other pizzas became cold and we’re not offered any compensation. The second time the kids pizza (pictured) was burnt and several pieces couldn’t be eaten. The last and probably final experience was when we ordered for pick up were quoted a 20-30 min wait time and ultimately it took close to 60 Minutes for order to be prepared for PICK UP! That’s awful… we had to wait 30 more minutes at the location with small kids past the time it was suppose to take for 2 pizzas.
This location seems to be understaffed and it’s a terrible experience for customers especially compared to the often 5 star experience we have at most other dominos.

Ordered 32 wings and 2 large pizzas with jalepenos and pepperoni what we got was two large cheese pizza

Picked up two pizzas, one of which was made wrong. I called the store when I got home to explain. They offered to make I another pizza and wanted me to drive back to the store and I said I couldn’t do that. I asked for a refund instead. The person who identified herself as the general manager was extremely combative, defensive, and unprofessional. She hung up on me twice. I can not believe a general manager could treat a customer the way she did, and be so blind to customer feedback. As a customer I will never be back! As a shareholder I will divest immediately! And as a community member I will do whatever it takes to make it known about this experience to as many people as I can.

There is two ladies who are always there when I get my pizza and they are absolutely amazing! One is a grown women with her hair bleached and the other is a young woman. They always get my very picky order correct, the food comes out exactly how I like it , and they serve me with the so much respect. You can tell that they are amazing workers who bust there butts to get these ungrateful people’s meals done. These women deserve raises for running that store like bosses for this corporation!!
