honestly if i could give it a 0 i would first time i came they didn’t have any bowls so i was out of luck or had to get a burrito but they had bowls for the mobile orders??? didn’t make any sense , when i came again they were outta chicken at 7pm , then i came a 3rd time because i work close to the location and they are cash only because they’re card system doesn’t work but there’s no sign on the door or doesn’t seem like anyone is trying to fix it ?????? and the establishment is DIGUSTING! & management & employees suck.

The staff was kind, from experience I now check that my chips aren’t stale before leaving and they were so he offered to make me a fresh batch.
That is the only good thing I can say! From the moment I was walking up to the doors I noticed how dirty the door glass was and everything else surrounding the glass. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have turned around. Coming from the restaurant industry I know if the front of the house is bad then the back of the house is even worse. While waiting in line I couldn’t help but look around at how filthy and disgustingly dirty the restaurant was. The walls, the floors, all surfaces. I don’t know how they are even still open and the health board hasn’t shut them down! Also several staff members had dreadlocks hanging out of their hats or maybe their hair nets, the point is to have all of your hair in that hairnet when working with the food. The drink cooler near the register was completely empty. There were dirty tables where the people had left and the staff hadn’t cleaned it up. One table had a high chair with a mess below from the child that was gone and food was laying on the floor all around the high chair. The soda fountain station was filthy and garbage etc just thrown on the floor and counter area. One employee was standing nearby eating her meal and I couldn’t help but say to her this place is filthy, she then picked up some things. I was there at approximately 4pm 3-2-26 so it’s not as if they just finished the lunch rush. This store needs to be addressed as they represent a brand and this store was unrecognizable in comparison to all other chipotle’s I’ve been to. Once I brought my food home I couldn’t even eat it thinking of the stores lack of cleanliness!! I took the supervisors business card and planned to call but she knows what her store looks like. AB are her initials and it says she’s a field leader.
*addition, there were no vegetables on the line. The bowl had such a small portion and I couldn’t figure out what was missing until now as I’m reading reviews. I wish I had my phone on me to take pictures. But I can see all the horrible reviews here with pictures.

This location is sloppy, no silverware, no napkins. I had to eat with a knife would not get silverware. Bathrooms were nasty people complaining about their hours of employment.

This review is not a fault of the employees working, this is for Chipotle corporate. What an absolute disgrace to only have 4 employees working during peak hours, those guys are busting their ass trying to handle a line out the door with no support from either corporate or the franchise owner. This place has been an understaffed disaster ever since it opened, and I don’t see it improving anytime soon. I recommend driving an extra 10 minutes to go to the Robinson location, or better yet, just go to Moe’s.

This place has been trash since it opened. Tried to give it a chance again. Both times within the last month my mobile order was wrong. Carnitas quesadilla had no meat just cheese. No salsa, chips, queso, or drink that were paid for. Ordered tacos and got a bowl. Kids meal had no tortillas. The rice was plain white rice.

Live in Moon so I come here by default. I’ll just list the garbage off.
1. They NEVER have fajita veggies. Go down the street to Giant Eagle or Aldi and pick some up for once.
2. Last bowl I got they crammed into the foil “top” and wrapped in aluminum foil because they ran out of the cardboard bottoms.
3. Ordered a quesadilla for my wife on the app. Got home and they had given us a couple pieces of steak, some corn, and a little salsa. No quesadilla. When I brought it back, the girl in the window acted blown away that I had returned whatever she had made.
I remember what Chipotle used to be 15 years ago and this absolute trash heap garbage is so far from it. Corporate please come fix this.

Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve never written a review before so you can guess how bad this place is. On two separate occasions I ordered ahead online by 20 mins or so and both times I was stuck waiting for 30+ minutes to an hour in person. Mind you i am only ordering a single burrito, not catering a party. Both times I noticed others waiting that long too. The best part is that both times it seemed like my order was made and just sitting there hidden in the back. I would’ve asked about my order if I didn’t see other people’s orders getting placed at the pick up. In what universe does that make sense other than them forgetting to put only mine out? And wouldn’t common sense tell you to call orders out if you see people waiting for a long time? Apparently the first time they called it when I wasn’t there yet, not sure about the second time. Regardless I shouldn’t have to pull you away from making food to check, just place my order at the pick up like every other chipotle I’ve been to. Place seems understaffed but at the same time workers are standing around and working slow. They have been doing online orders only too so I would think that some people would leave if they aren’t bothered to use their phones. Place is always filled with trash but surprisingly my food was still pretty good both times. That’s why it sucks that the service is so bad. Some sort of change needs to be made. I’d rather you stop online orders when behind than make people wait 30+ mins. Staff wasn’t rude but they clearly need a lesson on how to efficiently serve the public. You’re better off going to a restaurant, you’ll be served quicker and the food won’t be much more expensive than here.

First time trying this place, put in a pickup order. Waited for it for 30 minutes. Never got it..gave up and left. They had 2 guys staffed. About 15 people in line inside continuously. About 15 cars in the drive thru. Took the L on this one. Never coming back

Waited 6 minutes of actual time to even be acknowledged while 2 cooks played pretend blind to customers. To which I’m finally asked what I’d like to order, and proceed to wait 3 more minutes after that for the guy to collect spoons and tortillas for the line. None of them care or even have a clue what’s going on. Order queso for $2 extra and ask for the serving size that would be at least a full portion after he just splashed a little on there and he refused unless I was to pay for another serving. I’d just avoid this location.
