I got a matcha drink this evening from the Starbucks across from the B&N in Holyoke. The worker was rude and was rushing me to order. I didn’t finish the drink because I kept getting chunks of matcha powder in my sips. When I went to empty the cup this lump of matcha was at the bottom. Disgusting. It was my understanding that Starbucks changed the way matcha drinks were made. Well if they did, the rude worker couldn’t be so bothered

The speed of service was really fast.
I was also really pleased with the coffee and pastry item I purchased, too.
There were reusable drink cups on sale, so I purchased them while I was there. The store was kept very nest and clean, too.

Worse service ever, first of all they add there tip into your order without telling you so I ended up paying $15 for a $7 coffee. Second the employee said the tip is included in with the coffee fee automatically and I can’t get my coffee unless I pay the tip that is included in the coffee fee even though I had already tipped the employee. This is ridiculous and I will definitely be reporting this location to see if it is legal to include a customers tip with the coffee fee. If it is legal I suggest this location add a sign to inform customers that the tip is included with the cost of their order.

Ordered the blonde pike with hazelnut syrup. Enjoyed this coffee while sitting down at this location. The refill was quick and prompt. I would recommend this location if you’re at the mall. This Starbucks can get very busy at times, which may result in long lines.

I said excuse me, wanting to ask a question to a employee. Employee short curly hair with glasses literally ignored me. I was patient and polite, next time I know to act like a ratchet fool and maybe then I will get help. Lol. But it’s ok the second employee long hair was very helpful. I appreciate she took the minute to tell me my order was taken and she was going to prepare a new order.

Everytime I come to this location it’s chaotic and they always forget my order if it’s a flat white . I don’t know what it is about the flat white but eveytime I order it I sit there are watch them make everyone’s else drink who ordered after me . I have had to ask for a refund a few times because I just sit there and wait forever . Today was my last day going to this location because I’m tired of the service

So I went to Starbucks with my daughter and only because she wanted to try one of their drinks and I honestly didn’t think I would like any of the choices for some of reason. I am so thankful to my daughter for making me try one because these drinks are delicious! I keep trying different ones and so far no disappointment. A little different to what I’m used to ordering but, I can learn when it’s all with it. The only thing that makes me sad are the prices but, I’ll have to learn to only reward myself maybe every other day.

Always love Starbucks products. Wish it wasn’t such a haven for people suffering from psychosis and gender dysphoria. One person cannot identify as “they” or “them”, it’s not proper grammar. Also wanting to be something does not make it so. I want to be rich, can I just identify as such? Love their quality coffee though.

Been going here since Borders closed and plan in being here till it closes. I goto other coffee places but at the Holyoke mall, I go here. Prices are typical for what you get. There almost always seems to be a line. Getting a reusable cup or mug saves you ten cents worth every visit. Payment and tips can be done either in person or with the app.
