Customized a pizza and didn’t even try to make it right. They did it the standard way. Unfortunately that way includes mushrooms that I am allergic to. Didn’t check it and didn’t notice it til about 3 hours later because we picked up went to run errands got home then got ready to eat. Really need to be careful and at least follow what is ordered.

I was waiting nearly an hour inside the store when the whole time the app said my 3 pizzas were ready. I wouldn’t have came in if the app wasn’t saying it was ready. And it kept being “it’ll be ready soon”. On top of that, someone else was offered a free pizza for their delay. Yet I was sitting on their bench inside the store at least 10 mins before that person arrive. And I had my kids waiting inside the car. One of my kids had to use the bathroom after we had been waiting 40+ mins. Of course, there’s no bathroom at papa John’s. The app needs to reflect the order status accurately. It shouldn’t be saying ready and it actually being ready 1 hour later.

I just feel like if I’m paying $15 for a pizza with meat and 2 other toppings please put meat on my pizza.. I have barely any toppings (more mushroom than anything) and like 5 pieces of meat on a large pizza… that’s wild…

I tried to give this place another chance because my husband loves papa johns and this is the closest location but absolutely not.. today I was eating a slice of pizza and bit down on something weird and took it out of my mouth and it was a finger nail!!! I’m absolutely disgusted.. at this point I want my money back forget a free pizza.. I’ll never order from this location again

Can’t complain this was my first time ordering from this location EVEN having read all the disgruntled reviews before. Ordered nonetheless because Pizza Hut was getting a little tiresome so after enough Papa John’s commercials I was sold…
Food came withing that 45min-1hr window hot and prepared how I asked. Used online ordering from the website and had very timely text updates to let me know my order was arriving.
Food was good cooked well, am not sure about all the 1 stars and all the hate for this location but I’d definitely give this location some more love. Zero complaints, good service and quick.

Update: Management saw my post and followed up with me the following day. They apologized for the poor experience and offered to either refund my money or offer me a comp on my next order, so I opted to give them another shot. The fact they contacted me at all (with the pandemic and everyone being short-staffed) shows they’re at least willing to stand behind their product. Hopefully my next pizza order will reflect the quality they once had, but maybe I’ll also refrain from ordering XL pizzas just to avoid this exact situation.

This used to be a good pizza place, but in the past 6 months they’ve been trying to pass off smaller pizza as larger sizes. I overlooked it the first couple of times they did it to me but this last time was just a horrible experience as they delivered the wrong order to me (a 2 topping medium that belonged to someone else) and when I finally got my correct order 1 3/4 hours later (cold & soggy) they were obviously giving me medium pizzas! I took a picture of my supposedly XL specialty pizza sitting in the box of the medium 2-topping. They’re the FREAKING SAME SIZE! Why am I paying double the price? STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

My first time ordering! Everything was fresh and hot made to order! The Manager was very nice in updating my number I entered incorrectly and the delivery driver was super nice and respectful! My food taste AWESOME♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Ms. Barb store Manager not taking my second call and ignoring that fact that I am on hold for her to clear up the extra money taken.
I won’t change my review, but I won’t be ordering from any Papa John’s ever again. It’s been now 36min hold by the way and still holding just see if she is going to continue to leave me waiting when I can clearly hear her in the background.
It’s been 40min now 7pm still on the line waiting until I finally hung up….I send complaint to Corporate. I paid $11 tip plus an additional $20 to delivery driver. Pappa John’s just lost their new customer.

2nd time I’ve ordered and toppings obviously short.Text said pizza was done for pickup.We showed 10-15 minutes later and gave to other customer.Had to wait for new one. They skimp on toppings.Plain cheese wouldn’t have noticed difference from 5 topping special .Pepperoni,salami,onions,mushrooms and banana peppers pictured below.

Came in late morning (11:30) to an empty restaurant just to see Diane working at the oven, visibly frustrated, she asks me which one I’m here to pick up with an annoyed tone in her voice. I understand doing your job can be frustrating but I know I wasnt deserving of the attitude I received for simply walking in. I asked her name and left after cancelling my families order due to the shear anger I felt toward her personally and won’t be bothered to go back to my favorite location.
