The cashier had an attitude right from the start of me arriving. Maybe my Jesus hoodie offended her? I don’t know but was irritated for sure though. Was waiting around for my food to find it was only on shelf for delivery pickup and was not told even though I was sitting 5 ft away from cashier, paid for burritos but barely anything inside. Tasted more tortilla wrap than anything inside. It was thinner than cheesy roll ups sold at Taco Bell if that tells you how small of a burrito I had.

There are 2 fast food places to grab breakfast in this town. At 7:30 a.m. on a weekday, the McDonald’s semi truck was backed in making a delivery, blocking the first drive thru lane. The line for the drive thru was literally backed up on Main Street. My mobile order was impossible to pick up in the drive thru, so I parked in a curbside spot. Then, that option wasn’t available in the app. I walked in to the counter, the girl at the counter informed me she couldn’t get me my order because she’d have to use the drive thru register. (I’m not sure why that is such a problem) So, I said,”fine, I’ll just cancel the order”. Using the app I couldn’t do that because I was already at the location. I try to get in the drive thru line again and the city trash truck decided to block the 2nd drive thru lane to access the McDonald’s dumpster! All of this happened between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. I guess the moral of the story is don’t go there in the morning?

On s veral occasions have had issues of not getting all I ordered and or the food was cold an not fresh jus today it happened again my fish sandwhi was thrower in the box apparently cause the tartar sauce was in the box not the sand took it back an still it wasn’t as hot as it should be been y’all are redicoulas an this is going to hurt your business !!

Ordered from the kiosk this morning from inside the restaurant and proceeded to wait 20 minutes before someone asked if I had ordered, after employee tries to find my order the manager comes over and asks what I ordered and kept interrupting before I could spit out what I ordered. The manager then went in the kitchen area and started to berate the employee and said here it is that’s why I said what what What! After finally getting my bag I get home to find out the only correct item I received was my orange juice. Thanks Mcdonalds I enjoyed my 14$ orange juice. I am done!

I’m honestly not sure anyone here completed the 1st grade. The workers are incompetent, unhelpful, and unfriendly. If you order on the app and there is a glitch on their end you will be out of your money and your food. So if that’s your last $20 prob don’t risk it. The managers take 0 responsibility for anything and laugh/smile in your face like YOU are the idiot. Also don’t accidentally place your pickup order for inside and go through the drive thru that’s the end of their world because they aren’t smart enough to check the counter. Then they take out their frustrations for being an idiot on you. If I weren’t so hungry I’d almost feel sorry for them

Food is hardly fresh when ask for fresh. My last burger, the bottom bun was hard on one side. Fries isn’t as good as it used to be. The order is almost always wrong. However, came across some nice employees in the drive-thru. But also some that didn’t seem happy to be there, but I don’t blame them.

Went to the drive-thru. I got a Big Mac meal. When did they start putting the tiny cheese burger burgers on the Big Mac? Look at the pic. Notice how much the bun is bigger than the meat. And it didn’t have sauce on it. I called the store, and the women claimed that it was right? Only things big about this sandwich is the disappointment and the price! My large fry was soggy and old! Not worth the money! I wish Kingwood had a Burger King!
