First and most importantly, the food is good. However, I cant say that for anything else. The employee seemed as if I was pulling hair out just by placing an order. The order was then completed awkwardly slow, and anytime she spoke, it was very quick and aggravated sounding. The store is small, not very welcoming and you wouldn’t know it was there unless you’ve been. But, the food is good, and that’s what I’m there for. I’ll be back.

Every time I go in during the mornings or afternoons there’s only one person working and it takes forever. There’s always a massive line and you can tell the worker is so stressed and overwhelmed. The food is fine and the actual service is good (once you can order) but the poor worker needs help.

We live nearby, so we’ve tried to give this location several chances, thinking maybe they were “just having an off night” last time. However, the issues here are clearly chronic. Firstly, the employees always seem miserable and even bothered to see customers show up. It doesn’t matter how friendly you try to be with them, each one we have interacted with just seemed annoyed from the second we walked up to the counter. Secondly, the meats usually look dried out and even gray/spoiled, the veggies are wilted and soggy, and the bread is rock hard. The only redeeming quality of this particular Subway is the unique building and even that is negated by the fact that it looks like they have never swept or mopped the floors. Kinda over spending $15 for a combo here if it’s going to be gross and the staff clearly hates having customers. Pine Mountain is much better.

Terrible service. The employee, lily, was SO rude to me and my wife. We ordered 2-3 hours before closing and the lobby was closed. We went through the drive thru and she literally kept walking past the window, while looking at us, for 10 minutes. We were the only customer in the parking lot and drive thru. The worst experience ive ever had at any store. She needs to be fired.

This subway is a little different than most. It’s in an old historic building and believe it or not, it has a drive-thru. Unfortunately the drive-thru was closed today and we had to go inside.y first time inside this subway. Really clean and the food was great. Typical sandwich, but the they didn’t have enough people working.

Took over 20 minutes for a sandwich via drive through. Appeared as though one person was working and she decided to take the trash out before taking our order. This is the absolute worst subway I have ever been to. And $14 for one combo?

They refused to make our sandwhiches because we had eight. They are lazy !!!! They always have an attitude. This was the manager mind you. She said she has been there a year and the old one trained her! That’s the problem right there! The owner needs to get involved as many problems as people

We really loved this subway. The house transition makes it a cozy place. The staff were nice and completed our orders accurately. The restaurant was clean. My kids loved the big windows and fireplace. The bathroom was very cold but clean. Food was good, same options as all subways.

This location has gone so incredibly downhill it’s sad. Most employees are alright but LILY ? Needs to be fired asap or HEAVILY supervised. She’s extremely rude & on multiple occasions while she was working our orders were messed up or had to be replaced. My husband & I both get off from our jobs late so we USED TO get subway about 30 minutes to an hour before they closed & on several occasions they claim to be out of half of our items, but they’ll have them the very next day ? I’ve been going to this subway almost all my life considering I live very close by. It used to be so much better than this. The sandwiches aren’t even that good anymore, it’s like no one here cares anymore. I can understand wanting to leave and go home but you CHOSE this job, knowing the hours & the customer service behind it. There have been times I’ve placed a mobile order & picked it up right before they closed with no problems. But when Lily’s here, the lobby is closed early ? I know some jobs close the inside early but that has never been the case here, I don’t believe any subways close lobby’s early considering not many of them even have drive thru’s. Management seriously needs to reevaluate her employment here. Based on the other reviews I’ve seen with her name in them & my own personal experiences, she will run this business to the ground all on her own. This is one of the only food places in the general area & it’s just so sad to see how bad it’s gotten. Will be going to the subway in pine mountain from here on out. I wouldn’t recommend this subway to my worst enemy.
