The italian bread had to be DAYS old. When i touched it it just crumbld and fell apart. I hadn’t tried Subway in a while due to bad sandwiches. Well, once again failure. $11.00 plus change wasted.

Placed a DoorDash order 12/17/24 my order was picked up from this location … once my order arrives I look at my sandwich to make sure everyone is made properly etc. and I see a ladybudy in my sandwich… would not recommend purchasing food from this location… food safety doesn’t seem to be important

Order a pretzel with cheese. The pretzel was rock heard and the cheese was damn near frozen it was so cold. The oatmeal raisin cookies were rock hard as if they were made last week. The sandwich was just a sandwich nothing special. Do better or close up shop.

I just went this morning and bought 2 salads with their grilled chicken! The counters were dirty and the vegetables were sitting in tons of old liquid!! The so called grilled chicken was slimy. Chalky and old!!! I paid cash and never received a receipt!!! I had to throw 2 salads that cost me 25.00 away! How convenient that their phone doesn’t work either!! Do not recommend this Subway!!

a few minutes ago, woman worker gave me bad attitude when I asked her to replace a new subway after she mistakenly used mustard on subway. I don’t appreciate her bad attitude and that is not cool. She shouldn’t be work there in the first place, smh like you don’t really value or care customers. I will never go to this place again.

The worst service ever . I’m 14 week pregnant and I was craving a tuna sandwich so I went there 6/21 4.30 pm and this lady who says her name is “Issy” which I don’t belive because she didn’t have a name tag star making the sandwich although she didn’t asked me if I want the bread toasted so when the veggies were place I told her that O wanted the bread toasted and she was going to do it with veggies on and I said to her that she can’t do because the veggies are going to get soggy and then she said “ so you don’t want it toasted “ and I told her that she should have asked me that first and she said she never ask and toss the bread to the side and clean her hands , then I said I can you redo it because I want the bread tossed , she said no and practically she went to the side . I got very frustrated and told her she is not giving a good service to a customer and asked her to call her manager and she was very rude raising her voice saying there is no manager and to wait for the manager outside . This kind of disrespectful action towards a customer shouldn’t be happen again . This lady has no customer care knowledge, she left waiting . I film what was happening and she got furious she said I can’t film her and I didn’t I was filming myself . Then she went to to the back and was talking on the phone and I figure she was talking with the manager . Why she didn’t let me talk to the manager when I ask her ? . This is right as customer . This lady practically jump at me with no respect . I hope she learns how to treat customers but this place is the worst

Don’t even waste you’re time going there. Just go to the one in Neville Island. The bald guy that works here that wears glasses is absolutely terrible and should not be dealing with customers. Absolutely no manners or respect for the customer. As soon as I walked in he started huffing and puffing and there was NO ONE in the store . He was sitting at a table doing nothing. And just had an attitude right from the start as soon as I opened the door to walk in . Every part of the line where he makes sandwiches was disgusting and so was the glass in front of where he makes food . You would think instead of sitting around doing nothing maybe you should clean your area when you have down time instead of being lazy. If you think making sandwiches and interacting with customers is too difficult then you need to get a new job . This was the absolute worst Subway experience I’ve ever had and you need to be fired ! You know exactly who you are . I get people have bad days but you still should be respectful to customers.

This location and the one on University Blvd are owned by the same people. Dont go in and expect any service at all an hour before they close because they won’t serve you. This location kicked me out of the store when I went in at 8pm. The University Blvd location made my sandwich but then wouldn’t allow me to eat in. It was 40 minutes till closing. You know how long it takes me to eat a Subway 6″?? Like 10 minutes. BOTH LOCATIONS SAY THEY CLOSE AT 9 but stop serving at 8. Change your information on Google and lock your doors then. I won’t go back.
