After living in the hill country I’m convinced that the smaller the restaurant, the better the food is going to be. This was no exception! It’s a small food truck with 3 ladies work away in this Texas heat. The tortillas were fresh and homemade, would stand with any place I’ve had in the city. Bacon was thick and crispy, and salsas were all great. I’m a sucker for a green salsa, and thiers was one of my favorites. It’s probably a bit spicy in you’re not good with heat. Great family operated small business! Loved it! Recently moved to the Canyon Lake area, and I will definitely be frequenting this restaurant! 5 stars!!!!

I recently tried this place and they have so many different options. There are two trucks right next to each other one of them you can order your food at and the other you can order some treats like a juicy mango on a stick, fruit cups, corn in the cup…. I would highly recommend giving them a visit.

The service is always fast and friendly and it seems that Elizabeth always greets you with a smile, even when they’re super busy.
The breakfast tacos and plates are my favorite (their chilaquiles are the best!), but their lunch plates are every bit as delicious. Try the chicken flautas or the beef fajitas!
Prices are very reasonable for the quality, and I will often ask them to simply make me something (their choice) for breakfast or lunch because I know it’s going to be delicious.

This place needs to be shut down immediately! How does a cockroach leg get cooked in my food and no one notices? Loved supporting this small food truck but not anymore, this place is absolutely disgusting. They are neglecting hygiene practices. I saw one of the chunky young ladies scratch the inside of her nose but I let it go (bad idea) this ‘familia’ has serious sanitation issues that need urgent attention. I’d recommend you don’t support this place either unless you want to eat COCKROACHES.
