We are a Pub situated atop Weirs Beach in the renovated Lawrence Manor with a grande view of Lake Winnipesaukee. Featuring 36 rotating craft beers, full liquor license and a seasonal menu. We have socially distanced indoor and outdoor seating on our deck and in our bier garden. We are dog friendly in our Bier Garden (on a leash please)!! Hope to see you soon!

Another fun hidden craft beer gem in New Hampshire, the Craft Beer Xchange Home of the Witches Brew Pub in Laconia has a lot of great options on draft & some good (great according to my Mom) pizza & phenomenal tots. I went here briefly for a couple beers years ago in mid 2022, but on a visit to my home town I figured it was the perfect time to return. The tap list here was excellent with a pretty good diverse amount of options for styles including sours, IPA’s, pumpkins, ciders, lagers & more. I went on a Monday night at opening which is always appreciated since a lot of spots aren’t open on Mondays or Tuesdays now. They had a trivia game going on later in the night which I’m sure people enjoy to kick off their week on a Monday night. Between these guys, Defiant Records & Craft Beer & D.A. Long Tavern there is some awesome options for craft beer with constantly revolving menus & flights in Laconia, NH. I threw back a few pints during this visit of varying styles so let’s get to it. ☘ ♀️
My first pint was the MITTERSILL MARZEN from Last Chair Brewery which was a delicious above average lager that had the perfect balance of caramel & malty flavor. My second pint was the MAIBOCK/GOLDENBOCK from Ayinger Privatbrauerei which was excellent, super clean & dangerously drinkable at 7%ABV. I was definitely happy to find a Bock of some sort on tap here since its become a preferred style the past couple years. For my final pour I went with a nice big glass of the KILKENNY Red Ale from Guinness, this wasn’t my first time having it, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to grab it again on draft since you don’t see it everywhere. It didn’t disappoint & was as good as I remembered.
Now onto the food, I started off with a appetizer of some tots with beer cheese which were about as good of a tot as I’ve had. I’m a tater tot slut & believe they should be a option on every menu. The two pizzas we got the Meat Lovers & Veggie pie were both really good & even heated up good the next day. I was out to eat with my parents who I love, but my mother is especially super picky, she loved the Veggie pizza though thankfully so that was something for sure. All your usual seating options here including tables, hightops, bar seating & a patio section outside during warm weather. Great service from our waitress, who’s name I unfortunately forgot, but she helped my parents with their myriad of questions. Really fun spot & I’m sure it’s bumping during the warmer weather months & summertime, but worth checking out while it’s slower. Cheers! ☘ ✌♥️

We visited on a Monday night where they were hosting a weekly trivia event (7-9 pm). We had so much fun!! The staff, host, and owners were friendly and full of knowledge about various topics. We had the fig and prosciutto pizza which was so yummy, we can see why it is award-winning (great crust base!). We also had the Brat bratwurst which was all very delicious.
Shout out again to the staff for creating an amazing environment that was easy-going for parties who wanted to hang out privately but also for more social groups wanting to interact and learn, I think they put a lot of care into the place and we appreciated our time there.
Will hope to visit again!

The LARGEST CRAFT BEER SELECTION IN NEW HAMPSHIRE!!! THE PIZZA IS BOMB!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT HERE. Great people, great service, amazing homey location. The food is delicious and the prices are amazing!!!!

We had an absolutely amazing time here ! Food, ambiance, and (most importantly) the beers were ALL phenomenal and the southwest chicken wrap was arguably the best sandwich consumed of 2025 so far. Only thing better was the service — Greg was awesome!
We sat outside post a hike and the picnic tables were absolutely PERFECT for two humans and a tired dog with beautiful water views from atop the hill. Would recommend to anyone who would want a chill pop-in or long afternoon (dog-friendly) hang!
