Really nice establishment and EXTRAA FRIENDLY STAFF… very clean and well kept. The only con that I have is that it says all you can eat but the ALL YOU CAN EAT IS TIMED. They gave us 2 hours that were monitored with updates and by the time we scrolled through the very large menu selection 20 minutes went by with no eating… I felt a bit rushed… because of being timed I didn’t drink my cocktail until after the two hours which it had watered down by then and when we reached the two hours mark they rapidly gave us our check and sent us on our way… Just felt rushed!!

First Asian restaurant that doesn’t serve hot tea. Mind blown. Great variety of soup base for hot pot. Adequate number of meat/vege/noodles to chose from. No enticing dessert options. Also price is based on height. So my tall skinny 9 year has to pay adult price.

Love this place! I will come back here when they send me this way for work again. My coworker and I decided to end our night here and Aubrey was super sweet and helpful!
The food was delicious we both chose the hot pot only and the broth we fell in love with was the mushroom base. They have plenty of options for meat and anything else to add! The sauce station had great basics and wasn’t overwhelming.
I attached a video of our lovely buffet and i can’t wait to try more next time.
OH I ALMOST FORGOT! They also have sushi and it was delicious! Very happy with our choices and how well rounded their menu is. I also snagged a passionfruit refresher tea to go and it was perfect, not too sweet and not overrun with ice. I’m in love.

I don’t generally give 5 stars for anything because there is always room for improvement. Nothing is Perfect. However, I really enjoyed myself today at this restaurant. I have never gone to this restaurant before so I needed much attention. And my waitress, Christine, really held my hand and walked me through the process and my first time experience. She was patient, polite and kind. I enjoyed grilling my selected food items at the table myself rather than the hot pot. I had both, but I don’t have room to get to the hot pot. I got full from my grilled food. I had sliced ribeye, garlic chicken, Napa cabbage, zucchini, onions for grill. And I had the original hot pot broth, bokchoy bean sprouts, garlic and green onions. But again, I was not able to get to that…too full. The lunch price was comparable for the amount of food choices. They also have sushi all for the same amount. Again, I didn’t make it to that either. Finally, to me, the restroom speaks volumes about the business itself. Well, the restroom gets a 10. Very clean and smell really good. Ask for Christine when you go. And tell her the one who needed her hand held sent you. She’ll remember

only giving one star because service sucked. our server was the woman with hot pink or red hair (i didnt pay too much attention). she was rude and had an attitude half of the time probably cause someone made her mad. it’s not my family’s fault she was in a bad mood so why take it out on us??? on top of that, we ate EVERYTHING we ordered (there were 8 of us) so why was so much gratuity added to each individual bill? in my experience of serving, gratuity is added to the overall price of everyone together THEN separated between everyone. so why was everyone paying $20 in tips???? i dont know how she did the percentages for each individual bill, but tell me why someone who was paying for themselves was paying $20 in tips the same way someone with 2 people on their bill was paying $20. IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE.

0/10 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!! THEY HAVE BUGS IN THE FOOD ! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CONSUMER SERVICE EVER ALSO!!
Nightmare of a place to get food! They are extremely unclean! My order originally was the Pork Soondubu. Upon first glance at my food I realized not only was there absolutely no pork put in the soup the quality was extremely tainted because it also has a dead fly in my soup. I made a report to Uber Eats support promptly. Shortly after my report I contacted the actual place and they were extremely rude to me claiming that they did not send out ANY orders for the day. Once I had clear proof that I contacted the correct place, they denied aiding in a beneficial solution for me at all costs! The manager said the soup and order was not their problem and that they were absolutely not going to correct the order even though there was a bug in my first order. Completely unacceptable!! I was beyond distraught and I will NEVER order from this disgusting place again nor will I suggest anyone to waste their time! I also will be reporting this restaurant ! They need a SERIOUS Food quality check! I am sure you will get SICK FROM EATING HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
