First time visiting Fusion Buffet — and what an exceptional experience!
From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The restaurant is beautifully designed, elegant, and impeccably clean — even the restrooms were spotless and well maintained. The hospitality truly stood out as well; the staff was warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit.
The food quality exceeded expectations. The seafood selection was fresh and flavorful, and the salad bar was well stocked with high-quality options. Every dish we tried was outstanding. Considering the excellent service, atmosphere, and food, the value for the price is remarkable. The drinks are included!
Not only will we definitely be returning, but we highly recommend you giving Fusion Buffet a try. You will not be disappointed!

The way they split tips makes no sense and isn’t clear. If you have 8 or more people, there’s an automatic 10% charge for the party for the “cleaning charge” the ones that clean are the bussers and ones in the back washing dishes. I don’t understand what sounds like BS.
Both of the hostesses or cashiers and the guy who sat us at the tables all said that the bussers don’t get the 10% that you’d have to tip them cash. Bussers get only cash tips from tables. How is this fair? When leaving, I left some cash on table because the bussers worked way harder than whoever that gets the automatic 10% charge.
Whoever owns this restaurant – please clarify how the “cleaning charge” is supposedly dished out. Who exactly does it go to?

I observed that this establishment offered a diverse selection of seafood, including clams, shrimp, steamed oysters, crabs, and sashimi and sushi. However, it seemed to have a limited variety of meat options, such as prime rib and roasted turkey. The restaurant was clean, and a server promptly cleared my empty dishes. The dinner cost approximately 33 dollars, and with gratuity, the total came to around 40 dollars per person. I would certainly consider returning in the future.

Place was clean but the food was bland and over fried and little more like commercialized Chinese Food. (think panda). Lot of sweet sauces and although chocolate fountain was cool can only use marshmellos. Price is good for lunch but not a place if you want authentic Asian food or even a good fusion. We came by Christmas Eve. We waited for dinnertime so we could try all the seafood. It was so worth it.
We were seated immediately. You have to pay before you can get seated. Good thing they don’t charge for the drinks—I love that.
The ambience was cozy, and when we arrived, there weren’t that many people yet.
The bathroom was well maintained, considering it’s a buffet place, so thumbs up for that.
We immediately went for sushi, and usually the ones we try at buffets are not fresh, but this one had good quality. I loved them all.
They have the whole menu from Panda Express, lol, and it’s so much better than that! My favorites were the clams and beef ribs—they were so flavorful and tasty.
Omg, the marshmallows with the chocolate fountain—we enjoyed that so much.
5/5, worth the price. ($29.95 Dinner price)
It was getting packed when we were about to leave. They have a 90-minute time limit, but I’m not sure how strict they are about it. We left with 15 minutes to spare, though.

Food was fresh, plenty of options, good overall. The “fried rice” tasted like vegetable mushy rice, if you like chowmein get your noodles made by the cook instead, taste is way better and you get to choose your toppings.

We’re returning customers brought our kids to dinner to 11yo, 3yo and 2yo. Linda asked for the ages and said they charge by height not age, and that’s fine for our oldest daughter but the only issue I had was that our kids are all tall. She was in disbelief that my son was 2, asked to stand him by the ruler, he was half asleep in my arms, she didn’t care she kept asking to stand him by the ruler. We only chose to dine in because we were celebrating my mother’s birthday but this experience was very disappointing. A toddlers height is not the same size as their bellies, they don’t eat a lot. We ended up paying 10.99 for my 3yo who ate three noodles and a jello square.
Linda did not care that my son was crying while standing to get measured, so insensitive! She kept repeating “please stand him by the ruler” she just needs customer service training.
I don’t think we’ll be returning cause the next time would be 10.99 for each of our toddlers. No thanks!

We visited Fusion Buffet during their soft opening. The variety is outstanding, from sushi, Korean barbecue, and Chinese dishes to fresh seafood, including crab legs. The beef ribs were a standout for me, tender, meaty, and reminded me of the kind you’d find in a bowl of pho. The honey prawns were delicious, and my wife loved the fresh crab legs.

Food was great! They had a lil of everything which is way better than Hibachi and looks so clean too. Their oysters were as big as my hand! Well spent money. Went here for brunch with friends and Mother’s Day with family and friends!
