Not sure why so many folks gave low reviews. The food and service were both excellent. And the views of the Manistee river and River Walk and HWY 31 bridge are terrific. This might have been the best chips and salsa I have ever had and that includes multiple visits to Mexico.

Okay I waited to do this review because I wanted to do it with a very clear mind and not when I was clearly upset, me and my gf and her brother were attending the sleighbell parade this year and went here to get a few things ended up paying 120$ for soggy tacos that fell apart instantly and soggy nachos that btw didn’t even have sauce idk how they were soggy, needless to say the food was horrendous and was not worth the price. I try to always give a positive review when it’s truly earned but this place deserves 1 star in my opinion. The service wasn’t bad I felt like the server felt bad for me tbh lol won’t be coming here again.

Excellent place to stop and grab a bite. Great views of the river. Friendly staff. Above all, excellent food. We had the Philly burrito and the shrimp quesadilla. Tasted great and more than we could eat in one sitting. As a bonus the price was very reasonable.

Taco Bout It was such a fun experience and the perfect stop for lunch when shopping downtown! We got seated by their beautiful windows overlooking the river. The highlights were chips and guacamole, avocado tacos, and our margaritas! The only minor hiccup we had was with service. It took us quite a bit to get seated when we walked in and our server seemed to disappear for long periods. Otherwise, when our server was around she was very friendly and I’d definitely still come back!

Will not be back. As soon as we walked in, the front area smelled of BO. The food was extremely bland and overpriced. The table ordered the Richard burrito, tacos and shrimp nachos… The shrimp nachos weren’t too bad and the dish looked good. However, the rest of the food, a waste of money. “It’s as if the cook had fallen asleep while seasoning.” The water we had been given tasted as if it was right from the river, gross… did not taste good at all. The music playing inside was quiet, 80’s rock, far from hispanic culture. Waiter kept asking if we wanted queso cheese for an extra $5. NO! We don’t. Thank you. Disappointing visit, will go else where next time. Stay away. Hopefully this place gets it’s act together. Lots of recent, low reviews, take notice business manager.

Pretty good for what it is, a chill spot for tacos and burritos. Raspberry margarita was decent, and we got the chorizo and chicken burritos. Waaaay too many beans in the regular presentation, glad I skipped them. Very mellow on spices of any kind- could certainly use a boost (without adding the queso for $5). Bartender was our server, he was great.

Taco ‘Bout it Mexican Fusion in Manistee, Michigan. Let me start off saying, I love tacos. I’ve had tacos all around the United States and these are some of the best tacos I’ve eaten. Simple clean ingredients paired with a creative compilation of sauces and textures makes these a top 10 pick for the best tacos around!

Picture 2: Ahi Civeche. Fresh tomatoes, cilantro and lime accompany perfectly sized pieces of fresh Ahi Tuna. A spoonful atop crispy salted chips provide a bright, clean and exceptionally delicious coastal flavor experience!
As for the restaurant: The atmosphere was great. We sat in the back area which overlooks the water. The staff was friendly and attentive. Also, Something I normally do not mention but should in this case, an exceptionally clean restroom. I was honestly shocked how nice and clean this place was.
If you are thinking about stopping in, I suggest you do!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Highly recommend! Good food and excellent service! Our waiter seated us with a river view. He made sure we had plenty to drink and went beyond making us feel welcome and comfortable. The asada tacos were fabulous!
