I ordered at 7:54 pm but myfood didn’t enter the oven until 9:22 pm? That’s crazy. I get its Friday but almost an hour and a half to just start cooking my order is definitely ridiculous. Do better Domino’s then I get it and it’s ice cold and flipped all around in the box and half burnt. Definitely won’t order from here again

I placed an online order for delivery, at 8:28 pm, to my hotel, as I am visiting from out of town. I followed the delivery tracker, once Esric left the restaurant at 9 pm, the tracker counted down, 1 minute away and nothing. Another minute passed, he didn’t show. I refreshed my tracker and it said he was 5 minutes away. I waited and watched it count down for a second time, only for the same thing to happen again. Now I am annoyed because, why even offer a tracking service. So I wait another 10 minutes and still no driver and app is just on a continuous cycle of a 5 minute count down. So I call the location. Well, if that AI phone service isn’t the most frustrating system to use to try and get a human. I had to call twice to properly get through it and reach a human. That took 10 minutes on its own. So at 9:30 I get someone at the location who told me is was pulling up. Low and behold he finally showed up, with an attitude. Hands me the pizza which was cold. Obviously, it left the restaurant 30 minutes before the kid showed up. With as frustrating as all that was, it was when I opened the pizza box and noticed a MISSING SLICE OF PIZZA that led to this review. The kid saw me open the box, I looked at him and just turned back around. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PIZZA DELIVERED MISSING A SLICE. See photo below. I tried calling back and got the AI loop of death on their phone system. What a joke. Next time I will order Pizza Hut like I should have in the first place.

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at this Domino’s location! From the moment I walked in, the ladies working today made me feel like a valued customer. Their friendly and efficient service was top-notch. My order was ready fast, and the food was absolutely fresh and hot—just as it should be. A special shout-out for the jalapeño cheese bread; it was absolutely perfect! It’s so refreshing to find a place that still prioritizes both quality food and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back

We placed an order at 8:18 pm, with an estimated arrival time of 20 minutes. After an hour and a half of waiting, still no update. We decided to call the store where Jacob, the General Manager answered the phone. He was extremely rude, accusing us of lying about the time on the app. He didn’t offer any help or explanation just that delivery has been 3 hours since noon. When we told him that he was being rude and aggressive, he responded have a good night and hung up the phone. Completely disappointed with the disrespectful management team. While we understand it’s busy, there is no need to treat guests like this.

My girlfriend ordered thru the website and her phone isn’t working properly so when the driver got here she accidentally missed the call. So she called the store and was very nice to the lady that answered, I heard the convo on speaker, she spoke rudely to my gf and hung up on her and it pissed me off so I told her to call back and tell the lady that she needs to work on her customer service skills. And then the driver came back and we accidentally made the mistake of missing the calls again bc of her phone not working (we genuinely don’t know what’s wrong with her phone and we’re working on getting a new one) Yes its not their fault we had issues with getting the delivery but regardless of the situation we dont deserve to be spoken to rudely and treated this way as customers with an attitude bc of a mistake. She also threatened to call police if we called back and we have no idea if our order will be refunded or not. It’s not acceptable at all.

When having your delivery drivers deliver to apartment complexes after it’s rained . Please tell them to drive the appropriate speed limit , the driver who delivered lastnight slashed myself and other residents as they were speeding and we were getting things out of our trunks / vehicles . They didn’t not stop to apologize but you all have to be more mindful when driving in residential areas . You can’t speed through here we also have children who play out here .

I never leave reviews but we ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta, and a pizza and pasta can barely even full it was less than half of the container and the pizza had so much extra sauce and barely any cheese last time we came here our pasta was great and the pizza was good but this time it was so little

I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they are hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza barely has any sauce on it and they always cut it weird. Idk why, but you always end up with two tiny pieces…this is one of the better cutting jobs. However, I do love that this location always looks clean and that Domino’s offers the tracker so you can see how close they are to being done with your pizza before you leave the house. The employees could do a better job of acknowledging you, especially since we have the option with the Pie Pass to mark that you are heading into the building.
