This location has the BEST staff. I’m a fan of Pizza Hut as a franchise but this location takes it to another level. The food is always top notch h and the staff are the friendliest I’ve seen. Richard and his crew do a great job and I’m always thankful for how well they take care of me.

Ordered delivery of large pizza, 6 wings, and 12 buffalo wings. Hour late, cold, and missing a wing order and had to walk to the neighbors to get it. The wing I did get were floating in oil and not eatable. Had to reheat the pizza in the oven. Spent $59 plus a $10 tip. Only offered a refund on the wings that weren’t delivered. Place is a joke! So basically I paid $69 on a cold pizza…..

Lord! The Pizza Hut in Jemison is always fresh, the wings they give me are always thick and juicy . The Pizza Hut in clanton always gives me tiny wings and they even messed up my order and gave me 7 wings instead of 8. It’s worth the 20 minute drive.

Have had good service until tonight!! Ordered delivery and it we waited over an hr and my husband had to go pick it up and go home and it’s cold!!! We paid a tip and still!!! Didn’t even refund or offer to re make it fresh!!! We order from here literally just about every single day!!! Do better

My son would live here if he could. The staff here is amazing , Justin is always very nice and friendly to my kids when they go inside. Great customer service, I’m always thankful when Justin is working because I know our order will be 5 stars. Inside is very clean whenever I go in and there’s always someone waiting to help with large orders. The parking lot is a bit needy with all the potholes but that is not pizza huts responsibility (hopefully the property owners will fix soon) Pizza is worth parking a few spots to the left.

I’ve had my problems with this store in the past. But this review is about my most recent delivery order. A Large pepperoni, medium Supreme and Veggie personal pan with an 8-piece Wing Street. Delivered right on time with great text notices (I highly recommend choosing to let them text you updates). The pizzas were the BEST we have had in a long time anywhere. We were all split up to eat but when we talked about it the next day everyone thought their pizza was really great. Mine had such soft but well baked crust, tasted and felt ultra fresh! Loaded with vegetables and sauce and plenty of meat. Just a great meal – well worth the price!! Thank you Jemison PH!! Nobody out-did the Hut that night!
