I want my money back! I haven’t eaten at Jimmy John’s in a long long time. I read the reviews and was hesitant. I was planning on ordering a delivery and seen they don’t have enough staff and sometimes orders get cancelled. I took a risk and did the order online. All was looking pretty good on that end first it said an hour. I was little surprised by that but I don’t really ever order delivery and I’m not sure if that’s a common thing or not. When I did order from Jimmy Johns before they used their own delivery and they were fast. The drink would come cold and ice not melted. This was an independent delivery service. Back to the money request. I ordered a beach turkey sandwich. Supposed to come with avocado spread and I asked for no tomatoes and pickles with oil and vinegar. Holy crap what I got was the saddest excuse for a sandwich. Also priced at almost $12.00. It had one tiny slice of turkey barely any meat I mean it like thin barely existent turkey slice. Worse there was no spread no avocado. I went for regular pickles instead of extra thinking it would make my sandwich soggy and there was only two pickles on the sandwich only two!!! Than the oil was so heavy it felt like my mouth was a car and gonna drive away. All jokes aside I was pissed and disappointed. I spent almost 25 for the worse example of a sandwich I had in my life. I was a long time fan of Jimmy John’s and the only reason it’s been long time is I don’t order out or do pick up I just make my own food. But the one time I decided to go the fast food route and I got disappointed to no return. I will not recommend this establishment for any hours hungry folks out there. If you on a diet and want thin meat slice, not plural exactly that singular piece of meat and are okay with paying for items that are not added than this is your jam. Unfortunately it’s not for me. In fairness I am not rating the onsite location because I didn’t go there but they made the sandwich so they get one star for lack of effort and not fulfilling what I paid for. Feel free to tap back with your auto response. I will be more than happy to discuss this with an actual human and or owner.

The staff was friendly, the store was empty when I arrived. And yet the tables were all dirty. The employees stayed behind the counter. Or went outside for a break. My sandwich had perfect amount of tomatoes, but lacked lettuce. I have been to this store before and may go again.

I drove to the Tigard location expecting to grab dinner, only to find the doors locked even though online it clearly says they close at 9:00 PM. This was around 7:15 PM. No sign. No notice. Nothing.
I called the store, and the explanation I got was: “We’re closing early because nobody came into work.” That might be their internal problem, but it shouldn’t become the customer’s problem especially when your posted hours say you’re open.
If you’re going to close early, update your hours online or put a sign on the door. Wasting customers’ time is not okay. I drove out of my way based on false information and left with nothing but frustration.

Employees seem always laidback and friendly . Food is never too late when I do mobile order. The app looks nice too. I feel better spending more money here than their competitors

How can anyone be okay with putting this lettuce on a sandwich!? Poor mask compliance as well letting an unmasked person behind the food prep area.
Common yall! Show some self respect.

I went yesterday, the customer service was great, the prices not so. Love their sandwiches but $9 for a slim (bread, meat, cheese, no condiments) is crazy. I would rather spend $11 at Chick-fil-A and get strips, fries and a drink.

The quality of the sandwiches, delivery times, and order accuracy all have went downhill. Today was the icing on the cake for me. Ordered a turkey sandwich and received this monstrosity that didn’t even have bread. It’s was disgusting. It was literally two pieces of turkey floating in a bath of runny mayonnaise topped with paper thin pickles, two tomato cores, and the worlds most expensive provolone cheese. This setup displayed itself on two soggy pieces of iceberg lettuce. Really not sure how this is a 10 dollar sandwich. Will not be ordering from Jimmy’s anymore.

For only 1 staff member working he was great. Never got frustrated. Even though people showed up continuously.

This location needs more staff. Having 2 people work on a Saturday at noon is not okay. They spent 30 minutes working on a catering order and didn’t let any regular customers know so we all sat around waiting.

*The sandwiches are always fantastic. Of all the sub sandwich places, JJ are my favorite! BUT it is my observation that this particular location needs better management. I ordered on the app around noon. I got a call telling me that they were out of bread! Seriously! At Noon! I was asked if we wanted out sandwich order as wraps or with that other bread! No! We were headed to a picnic. So, we went across the street to Jersey Mike’s. They had plenty of bread and this might be my go-to from now on.
*One time, I ordered on the app and when I got there the two girls working hadn’t even started on the sandwiches before we arrived.
*Ran out of bread at noon! That is just poor management!
They make the best sandwiches but, how does this place not plan for enough bread ready for noon?!
Atmosphere…. the music is often so screaming loud, you can’t hear the conversion with your friends if you dine in.
