One of the best ham subs I’ve had from Subway . Apparently the lady with glasses is from Richmond and worked at several locations so she knows how to make good subs . They were talking a bit too much and not paying attention and I also think they were slightly rude if you ask me but I think overall they are a good location . It’s clean . My son said he didn’t see a big problem

The food was good. But there had recently been an ice storm. There had been no attempt whatsoever to clear the sidewalk. If my son hadn’t been really wanting Subway, we would have just gone somewhere else. The sidewalk was pure ice.

Ordered a protein wrap and wanted extra topping and to have it toasted. I was told no and that they couldn’t put any extra on or toast it. Come to find out that additional topping cost extra and I was willing to pay for it but she said no. Really just ruined my lunch break.

Worst service we’ve had. Stood in line for over 15 minutes as the workers jumped back and forth between five people’s sandwiches instead of finishing any of them. When we finally got the the front the worker took our bread order, then didn’t make the rest of the sandwich and instead did three online orders. The other worker then came and grabbed us new bread, before proceeding to also switch to different orders. After over 20 minutes, they had fully finished 2 people’s sandwiches and so I left and went to a different location.

On Thursday, I visited the establishment and observed that the female employee appeared to be dissatisfied with her work environment. During my visit, my wife placed an online order, and subsequently, I made a separate order. The employee exhibited signs of irritation, muttering about the necessity of ordering together and displaying a generally unprofessional demeanor. It is advisable for individuals who are unhappy with their employment to seek alternative opportunities. i will not spend my money here again!!!!

I’ve just recently started eating here and I must say the food was absolutely the BEST!!! Everyone was so friendly the bar was clean and fully stocked, the drink vista was fully stocked, the chip rack was fully stocked, as they all are each time I’ve came in and the store was super clean and nice!! I most definitely recommend eating here as I will most definitely be a returning customer!! Thanks guys yall are awesome!!!
