This is my second time here, and I’m so glad I found this Cambodian restaurant. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m craving Cambodian food. The portions are generous for the price and well worth it. The service was excellent as well.

Cambodian food is a must in Lowell. The restaurant is simple and appears to be family owned. There’s a small parking lot with off-street parking. Service is good for an Asian restaurant.
I ordered the Loc Lac with beef and fried rice. It comes with a side of soup and has a variety of vegetables. The beef is so flavorful and would complement the white rice well if you didn’t want to get fried rice.

The meat, the meat, the meat. Everything was seasoned/marinated/flavored to perfection. The portions were HUGE at low prices. Great family feel inside the restaurant. Friendly staff! Couldn’t recommend more!

Their portion is great. I always order the Kathew Phnom Penh Dry at Khmer restaurants; this is up there in taste and quality. My friend got the hot wings with papaya salad. I tried the papaya salad and it was hitting (great). It was not spicy but it was a bit sweet with the taste of salted crabs. You can always add chill, it is at the table.

I’m in town once a month and without fail, I stop by and eat Loc Lac. My family and I love eating here and ordering food from Peephuptmei. I always order multiple Loc Lacs with both white rice and fried rice. We’re obsessed with the taste of the beef and the special oil vinegar sauce you can pour on top. I’ve had multiple items from the menu and enjoyed each one. Personally, I enjoy authentic experiences and this family owned restaurant is worth it.
