Stopped in for a late lunch today.
The egg rolls are pretty good, wished they were bigger lol
We also tried the kid pho chin

Pho with brisket, flank and tendon
The broth is very good!
They accidentally forgot the tendon but made up for it by bringing out another bowl with just tendon.
We enjoyed the pho very much:)

The soup was great.. The staff must be more informed about they’re menu. and when you’re customers are eating don’t come over and change stuff on their table. Just be patient until the customer are gone.

It’s pretty good. Everybody that works there is nice and provide good service. They play very lovely piano music .I wouldn’t order the vegetable roll/summer rolls they are a little soggy and the lettuce looks like it wasn’t very fresh. The stir fry udon is good!

Pho Vy used to be the best shop around. Just seems like they don’t care as much as they used to. The food is slowly slipping. I wonder how long they can keep serving reheated beef broth? Still delicious, but I prefer fresh noodles and service that can handle more than four tables at a time.

My wife and I visited this place for dinner this past weekend. The food is usually great, as well as the experience. Well this last time we went, as I was going to the restroom, I heard a dog barking and saw a lady holding what looked like a Chihuahua Mix dog IN THE KITCHEN! I was pretty grossed out and uncomfortable with the fact that there is a dog in the Kitchen being handles by employees after making my order. The server came and apologized saying that their dog sitter cancelled that day and that they had to take it with them to work. Why couldn’t they keep it in a back room or in a car with the window cracked? We still ordered the food but were not very comfortable with the whole experience. Especially since periodically the dog kept barking randomly through out our time there. Rather unfortunate this happened because I used to love it there.

Absolutely loved this place! Very neat atmosphere and loved that they have booths to sit in. The pho and spring rolls were delicious! The tempura cheesecake was different but pretty yummy! Very friendly and great service! Highly recommend this place & definitely will go back.

The food was good but the service was not. The lady was nice but she could not communicate very well. The food came fast… but after the food came, we were forgotten. I had to stand up and walk towards the server to get a to go box or any help with the desert menu. I would come back because It is hard to find a pho place close by in Yukon, but hopefully I get better service next time. .. at least my vermicelli bowl was good!! 🙂

I do not recommend ordering from here. I ordered last night at 5pm and the food wasn’t delivered until 6:30pm. It was cold, the rice was hard and chewy (old), and the meat entrees and sushi are not good quality. All of our food was cold except for the sushi that was room temp, and the drinks didn’t have ice left they were so watered down. My husband had a stomach ache most of the night but thankfully I only took a few bites of mine before deciding to go and get Freddy’s instead. I reached out to them and they are ignoring my messages and my request for our money back. I can see they have read the message and no response. Very disappointing experience.
This was their response to my review:
“Well first I am sorry for what is happening and it is not happen before because I am go with my server delivery food it is still hot till I hand the food to him and you know it is not only your food it is many people order that you can see I do that just not because I just want our neighbor money but they request me to do that and I really don’t care about your money 37 is nothing but it is make us really upset but thank you for your feed back I won’t delivery for your house anymore thanks a lot”
I’m glad my $37 is nothing to them. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
Update: They did send our money back after saying, “And if you really want it for free you I will nicely give you that thank”. Then they blocked me. It wasn’t about getting free food. It was about the poor food/drink quality that made us sick and caused us to go and buy food somewhere else.

Very good Chinese / Vietnamese food selection. The fried spring rolls are very good and the ratio of meat in the filling is higher than most other places. The fresh spring rolls are always a good choice. Sushi is ok but they need to not overdo the spicy mayo on everything. Pho is a good value and filling their broth is sometimes inconsistent and needs to be a little more flavorful.
The service is always great and the people are so nice.
