This store will have to begin taking notice of reviews. As much as I would prefer to leave a favorable review, it would not be fair. So, while the store’s 3.3 rating is bad nd will most likely see descent bc of this one, the store can change things around. So on my visit, the morning of 9/16/25, I first observed that no one greeted me. On occasion this happens at DD nd it’s usually a sign that employees have a disregard for the work, the store, mgmt, customers or all of the above. I also observed that ppl left trash on dining tables. I later discovered that there were no [or aren’t any] trash receptacles in the store. So at the time of placing my order, I found it unusual that the person taking my order asked me three time to repeat it. And still after expressing it more than twice, my order for “less ice” was made with a full cup. I saw it b4 the same order-taker filled my cup but since my added ingredients were already in, I didn’t remind him bc I’d actually said it thrice already when placing it. Albeit, I can say I rec’d some satisfaction for gaining the muffin I wanted which was not in the display. I asked about it nd the order taker kindly went over to a holding carriage where my desired muffin was available. And thankfully it was fresh, as was my other pastry item. So, with that in mind, imo where room for improvement comes in is to have some basic customer service skills implemented thru training or by example from store owner[s] or mgmt staff. And simply consider trash can placement for the dining area. Best regards.

This spot is a mess. Ordered at drive through for a coffee and some munchkins, confirmed on the screen my order is correct; I get to the window and they charged me for someone else’s order, and give me the order (some kind of chicken bacon thing), then proceed to appear annoyed at me because they got their stuff mixed up and didn’t seem willing to do anything about their mistake. Ended up just leaving because I don’t have time for a thing to turn into “a thing”. Thanks for the bad experience and waste of money.

The cashier charged me extra money at the drive though. The total was 4$ but I was charged 10. And they always give the wrong donuts. Don’t go here, workers are not trustful

Awful horrible. Order was completely wrong. Asked for ice coffee and got hot. My 3 year old niece could do a better job. Had better coffee at Cumberland farms

If there is less than zero, I give it to this store because the workers eat at work in front of the customer and do not and there is no cleanliness attention for customer service

This is what a five dollar sandwich looks like. Great job one piece of bacon split in threes. All prices going up but quality of service is at a all time low.

Terrible drive thru experience every time you go. The garbage is always over flowing and cars always get confused about where you enter/exit the line. Service is slow and honestly, the coffee isn’t very good.

It was a traumatic experience on Thursday morning at 7. I ordered a DunkaLatte and the lady made me a Pumpkin Latte. I went back to them saying I want the one with coffee milk and expresso. They said you ordered Pumpkin Latte and that’s the DunkaLatte. The worst is that the person at the registry and the person in charge of the drink kept making fun of me saying I ordered it wrong. “It is too early for this” she said. Honestly, she signed up for the morning shift. If she couldn’t pull it off then don’t work! The workers were so rude and disrespectful. They said they had to refund me the money and charge me again. I fell for it and it was a LIE. I didn’t get a refund and each drink costs $7.45! I spent $15 for a drink with humiliation. I was very upset.
