Food was ok. I was overcharged and noticed when I got home. I rarely go to this Subway and the resolution they gave me was to drive back to the store and show them my receipt and get my few dollars back that I was overcharged. I am not going to make a special trip to their store for a few bucks when it was their mistake. I understand it was a mistake but they obviously don’t want me as a customer when they don’t do anything to make up for requiring me to get back in my car and spend 30 minutes of my day to go get my few dollars. Besides the fact that I had to fill out a stupid Subway form on the web that reset 3 times before I could actually send. Don’t worry, I won’t be going back.

They are always out of stuff. 3rd time in a row now. This time was an online order and they waited until I showed up to tell me they didn’t make my sandwiches because they were out of meatballs.

When we walked in, it was immaculate & organized. Hannah was restocking some chips in the lobby and immediately came to our service. She was considerate, attentive & fast. She even noticed & tossed a cucumber slice that I wouldn’t have wanted to eat, and quickly labeled my toasted sandwich to differentiate from my husband’s. Thanks for the great service tonight!

I love this subway. They are always the nicest people. Never had a dealt with a rude person. I did a door dash and like marinara on my sandwich. I called in and they put it on for me. You all should come see how great they are for yourself.

Please ignore the positive reviews, you can get the same subway sandwich at any subway. This is the worst Subway location in Utah! This place hates online customers. You will get a messed up order and have to wait at the store no matter when you arrive. They literally wait for you to come in before bothering to make it, ruining the point of pick up order, even if you placed your order an hour ago. I love paying for extra protein, avocado, and getting the regular or for fun they’ll give me none of it (THIS IS CONSISTENT ACROSS 5 DIFFERENT ORDERS). Like how is it possible to ruin every single order I’ve tried out of 5 times? Congrats on a 0 percent success rate on giving me what I payed for (BARE MINIMUM) WooHoo!!!!
Obviously will not be supporting this location and going elsewhere for the rest of my life. Not the first to hate this location either. They are slow and will ignore online orders to twiddle their thumbs, even if the shop is empty. I clearly get they only hire young people for the cheapest they can and have a huge turnover rate.

We stopped at this Subway for a late lunch today. While the food was good, the energy of the staff was a bit low and when we went to use the restrooms we were immediately turned off and disgusted. The worst public bathrooms in a restaurant I’ve seen. It’s unacceptable. I did tell one of the staff members that both bathrooms were in need of attention but when I checked them after we ate, nothing had changed. Hire more staff if the 3 people that were there on duty can’t handle it!

I came to this place days ago. There was no customers there but all the tables were dirty and the employees were just on their phone, which I totally understand when there is nothing to do. I cleaned my table no big deal. Today I returned. Same scenario! No customers but all the tables dirty and the kids on their phone. So I asked them so clean a table for me, the younge woman refused to do it saying that some tables were cleaned but they weren’t. I told her if she could take me to the clean table and she just answered saying if I would order or not.
I feel pity for the owner, the teenagers there are ruin the business. We know is just a Sandwich place and many might say we shouldn’t expect a big deal. However having a clean place for customers is one the simplest things you guys can do to keep customers coming.
