I’ve been eating here for years and it’s always been amazing. Great food, great prices, great customer service. BUT recently, ever since they’ve switched locations, one of the workers has been very rude towards customers. I dont know her name or anything about her but she is a young lady with an unpleasant attitude. I’ve also heard her being rude to other customers as well. Other than that everything is great.

Went here for the first time in years hadn’t been since they were on old forest road. I got steak, shrimp, chicken and broccoli and it was very good. I don’t eat rice or the other veggies so it’s usually a waste for me to go to places like this but they fixed it just like I asked. I will be going again real soon

The food is still great. We’ve been going to Osaka for 30 years. I loved the food, the service and the atmosphere when Michael was in charge. They still have the same great cooks, but new management has gotten a bit stingy. Used to always get bonus drinks or surprise doughnuts. Now the portions have gone down tremendously, no surprise bonuses and they are in a coupon book and backed out of the offer. A bit tight these days but still great food. You just won’t be getting enough for leftovers anymore.

I’ve been going to their locations ever since I used to run a retail store across the parking lot from them, back when they were called Tokyo.
That’s easily over 15+ years, and it’s always been the same great food run by a very kind family and it’s what keeps me going back.
I’ve tried a little bit of everything they have to offer, and cannot complain. Great place to go if you have some time on your hands.
