I went there and requested that they sprinkle a little extra salt on my fries because every time I come here, the fries are never salted enough. They refused. Any other Wendy’s I go to they do this for me. I don’t understand what’s so hard about sprinkling a little extra salt on fries for a customer. You can simply put that batch to the side and sprinkle salt on it. This doesn’t mean all the fries for everyone else will get salty. I had to go across the street to McDonald’s.

It’s the second time I’ve had to call the manager because the food they served was cold. It’s incredibly disappointing that they can’t even put in the effort to serve fresh fast food. A few weeks ago, I ordered chili, and it was cold. Now, the Baconator I received is the same—cold cheese, cold bacon, and overall just poor quality. Speaking with the manager only resulted in an offer for free food, but that’s not the point. It’s not about getting something free; it’s about addressing and fixing a recurring issue that shouldn’t be happening in the first place.

Went here Saturday 10/23 for lunch (12:30 pm) staff was really helpful. My nephew knocked over his fries and two of the staff behind the register happened to see and immediately brought over another! No one needed to ask, no kids needed to cry, on it!

As a city fam who are used to crowds and mediocre service, this was a breath of fresh air. Our food came within seconds of placing an order. The place was not crowded, well equipped with condiments and napkins (which normally you’d have to beg in any city fast food restaurant lol). A great place for a quick bite.

We ordered from door dash, I haven’t ordered from Wendy’s in years because everytime I do, it’s a bad experience and today just takes the cake. My boyfriends order was perfect and mine I just substituted the bun for lettuce and they literally just gave me lettuce and two patties in the middle… nothing else but lettuce and a beef patty… I’ll continue to never have Wendy’s again.
