I called and ordered 4 chicken salad and 1 garden salad. I get home and realize the chicken salad that costs a few dollars more than the plain garden salad, definitely looks pretty awful… so I call, the kid that claimed to be the manager rudely says to me “I assume you want your fries” because that’s ONE of the things missing from the chicken salad. Then goes on to tell me the person that made them is new, but using a very annoyed tone with me, like as in its My fault… maybe if the person is new, someone should be watching them as they prepare orders

Zero stars! Ordered chicken tenders, came in pieces, extremely burnt, hard, old oil….completely unexcepable. How did it even leave the property like that! People don’t know how to do basic things anymore. Customer service sucks!

Just ordered a pepperoni pizza, took 20 minutes to make, it was good and hot, great crust, nice tomatoe sauce, and just a great tasting pizza.
Service was friendly and polite.
$20 for a large pizza. It was a good size large. Happy with the price, for the size that we got.

I visited this pizzeria for lunch & ordered a Nico Tino roll & a cannoli. The pepperoni & bacon foot long roll satiated my appetite to the extent that I had to save half for dinner that night just so I could enjoy the savory dessert. I was extremely satisfied with my food, the cook did a phenomenal job. The cashier that operated the register had an effervescent personality that was very welcoming. Thanks to all the employees that made a simple lunch break at work into something that revived my ability to continue to labor through the day with a reignited flame fueled by the delicious meal I had consumed

Placed an order through Door Dash… received my food and it was BURNT BLACK!! I called to express my concern and the girl who answered the phone was very rude and began yelling and over talking me saying “we don’t have any control over your order, take it up with Door Dash!” I was simply trying to explain that they knew the food was completely burnt before they sent it out and that’s bad customer service. She disregarded my concern and said “I can’t give you any credit, contact Door Dash its their issue.” Very unprofessional, I’ll never order from their location again.

I wouldn’t know how the food was, because when I called to place an order, Mona answered the phone and she was SO RUDE I had to hang up. Literally yelled at me for my name three times before I could even answer her, when I tried to give my name she yelled “Well thats not what MY system shows. ” then when I asked about specials she YELLED again “we dont have any specials!” I work in customer service, and I’d be fired if I talked to my customers the way Mona talked to me. I have never in my life been treated so rudely that I had to hang up on someone.
