Was standing at the counter to order for quite some time before I was even acknowledged – the bread at the time was a lot more important than helping me.
I went to order a footlong pizza sub on wheat…
There was no wheat bread made and ready, apparently.
I was told to tell him a combo number – that it didnt matter if they make them where im from, no number from the menu = no service.
Went to order some footlong pepperoni and cheese dippers…”he didnt have them ready”.
After that attempt at food, he proceeded to swat a fly on the vegetable area, killing it where the sandwiches are placed and moved around on.
Whoever manages this establishment…I pray you see this.
Had it been any other day, the arrogance and disrespect would have been acknowledged and set straight immediately.
Customer last – not first – here

Just stood at the counter to not be served. The person I was with got to order but they literally stood in front of me and kept breaking down meats but never asked for my order. I don’t spend money where I’m treated bad and I’m definitely NOT BEGGING for service. Cafe 27 is great and next door…bypass these folks unless you’re in a rush.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to alot. They put 4 pickles on a footlong sub. 4. On a footlong. They didn’t have any wheat bread and there were flies flying around the food. They also charged my credit card more than the total on the credit card machine.

First, Lady tells me that they don’t sell 6 inch flatbread sandwiches which doesn’t make sense but ok I’m hungry, then proceeds to fold flatbread the wrong way to give me less sandwich after calling her out on it she fixes it with the worst attitude ever , then she tells me I have to buy 3 cookies and can’t buy a single one. Looks like they try to make their own sneaky rules here. Worst customer service ever.
