Came in like at 7:50am 10-30-25 to place an order for take out. When I got my order I asked the women that gave me my order I believe she was working the drive thru. I asked for 1 Cholula sauce packet she said no I can’t, she said it’s only if you get a burrito which I got a sausage egg croissant sandwich. Told her I just need one packet she said no . So I told her can I get her corporate number she said they not corporate they are Franchise . Told her then who can I reach out to to voice my concerns about this . She then said here you got handed me the one packet of cholula packet after all smh this is the last time I take my Business here I’m a regular too I work at the VVC making there deliveries too I’ve never had someone denied me one packet of cholula hot sauce packet.

They are underrated. Quality burgers , the beef is never frozen. I had a Dave’s triple. Thats three 1/4lb patties. In N Out uses 1/8lb patties. Wendy’s is priced better by weight.

We had a great experience at Wendy’s today! The staff was professional, fast, and super friendly. The girl who helped us even gave our kiddos an ice cream, which they loved. She was very helpful and made our visit really enjoyable. Thank you for the great service!

I never do reviews but this experience pmo! To start the wait was way longer than usual and the lady in front of me seemed to have issues with her order as well. I get to the window and I was charged for something extra, so cashier took it off… she then accidentally drops my food. So they “remake” it. I ordered a double baconator!!! I get to work as I was already later from sitting in line for 20 minutes just to see that not a damn topping was on my “baconator”. Haven’t ate and now I’m here on a 10 hr shift. I’m not eating a bun and meat that’s so disrespectful

This might be the worst fast food restaurant that I’ve ever been to. I waited inside at the front of the line for ten minutes to get my order taken. I do understand that it was busy but honestly, it just seemed like nobody cared and were annoyed that I wasn’t using the self serve kiosk. (I was paying cash so I couldn’t use it)
When I finally got my order taken, the girl again seemed annoyed at me for no reason. I ordered a ten piece honey BBQ nuggets and only received 8. I took a picture so you could see that they didn’t even really put the sauce on them all that well. And then they gave me the wrong burger. I wanted a Dave’s triple combo and got a baconator. I mean, I should have checked but I didn’t.
The restaurant was a complete disaster. It was disgusting inside that place. There’s no chance I would sit down and eat there, ever. Trash on the floors and tables that look like they haven’t been wiped down in a cool minute.
I don’t really go out of my way to do negative reviews but this Wendy’s is bad. Hopefully, someone sees this and makes the changes necessary to ensure that your customers have a good experience. I will not go back to that Wendy’s because of how unclean it was. If the inside of the restaurant is THAT bad, I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. I’m tempted to not eat this food that I just purchased because of how nasty it was inside of there.
Anyways, sorry for the negative review but, that store really needs to do better. I am simple. I just want to get my food and leave. I’m not expecting a grand five star experience at a fast food place but I do expect the place to be clean and my order to at least be correct when I get home.

Angel was an angel. He went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend. He personally gave us our order hot and fresh because how long we waited because of the wait. He was very sweet, friendly, and wonderful. Thank you for making our day!

It is a fairly new location for Wendy’s here in the high desert. It is fresh and clean and everybody was nice as far as the crew I 1st stepped in to wash my hands and noticed the bathrooms were clean however there was no toilet paper or paper towels I asked the Crew member that walked by if he could get me some paper towels and/or just let him know he said yes but then started ringing up customers so I walked away and just dried them on my shirt place an order for me and my friend. We got a couple of $5 meals everything was fresh in my opinion the burgers are very tiny but what do you expect for $5 it filled us up and we were on our way all in all the location gets 5 stars in my opinion as it’s very clean and it’s very new and everybody was very nice and the food was perfect nothing was wrong

The food was average. They messed up my order and made it a real issue. The manager kept telling me “you have to tell her, you have to tell her.” I DID TELL her, she forgot to add the burger. Another patron overhead the manager talking badly about me and decided to tell me. Just a terrible Wendy’s.

I was a little disappointed when I left the drive thru and realized I was missing half my order. Granted it was very busy. We pulled around and let them know and to my surprise they owned up to it, upsized my drinks and gave me a free 10 piece. Forget not making a mistake in the first place, when a chain can make a mistake and own up to it to make sure their customers are taken care of, that’s a place im coming back to.
