Got a meatball sub combo and when it was delivered. I tried to eat it but the bread was toasted over toasted and was not able to eat my lunch. And called the store to let them know what happened and they act like they did not speak English got hung up on twice did not resolve anything I would not recommend this subway

This is the Subway I go to the most. It’s only a couple blocks from where I live. Nice location in the downtown area. The employees are friendly and keep it clean. The food is usually pretty good. There is not usually a line there, at least when I have been in there.

So I literally live steps away from the subway. Coming home from work. I was exhausted. Didn’t want to make anything had a taste for pizza. I know it sounds weird. Stopped in a subway that had a cheese pizza. I got extra cheese. It was good I didn’t expect it from them. Satisfied very inexpensive $5 ♀️

Came here to get lunch on our trip. They did great on the food, but at the end I asked for 2 water bottles. Checked out and she gave me a small cup. Told her again I wanted 2 water bottles. Rang me up again and I checked out. Grabbed the bottles and as I was about to leave she said “wait you wanted two?” I said yes, she said she only rang me up for one. I looked at the receipt and sure enough, only one. Came out to $3 which I thought was ridiculous, so I asked for a refund. She said that they didn’t allow any refunds. I’m very frustrated. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

There was only only 1 person working. She worked efficiently but she had a very nasty attitude and was rude when we first got there. We went with some of our family (5 ppl total) after the 5k triple crown race and were happily surprised the place was empty.
The person working consistently glared at my husband while he was looking at the menu. It was very uncomfortable. She warmed up after he chit chatted with her, but we had done nothing other than walk in.
We were told both the bathrooms were shutdown until the owner and plumber got there. There wasn’t anywhere else within walking distance to use the bathroom so we left after ordering.

This Subway is conveniently located in a residential area not far from the business center of downtown Louisville. I ordered half a sandwich, meatballs. They have regular and high chairs. The workers are efficient and informative. I noticed the lady taping notices at the door and windows:

To the owner of this particular Subway, I have been in the food industry my entire career, and I want you to know that your staff is absolutely lovely. Every time I come in, I am greeted with genuine enthusiasm, and what seems to be a very happy staff. They are wonderful and deserve to know what an awesome job they do. Please tell them.
