I got my sandwich delivered and it was made wrong twice, you have horrible horrible customer service to argue you with me about how my sandwich is made and I had the receipt. I will be calling corporate and speaking to the manger. George is rude , a liar, has horrible customer service and doesn’t even now the manger’s name, I will make sure you get fired do better Jimmy John’s, I will never spend my money here again.

I will always hold Jimmy John’s in high regard, freakishly fast subs made with quality ingredients! And not just a marketing ploy! I know sometimes there is contention with the bread they use, but I like it cause it’s nice and “bready” but thin and durable and holds up to the meats and sauces without falling apart like other competitors. Also thier in store branded. chips are just perfect too! This location has been a go to when I’m around the area. Thanks so much!

Ordered my food and waited an hour before having to call and cancel it. Freaky fast my butt. Never got my food. I order from here all the time, the the wait time just gets longer and longer everytime. I will not be ordering here again.
Customer service offered to send me a delivery to make up for this. However they did not. Totally understand why this store has such a bad rating!

Very slow service. We waited probably 22 minutes for our 2 sandwiches. It’s supposed to be quick from what I understand. They were not busy either. They also put Mayo on my sandwich, which I never asked for… they took too long for me to bother asking them to remake it as I couldn’t actually eat that. Made me sick unfortunately. Won’t bother to come to this location again.
